Called for warranty, troubleshoot over the phone. Technician will be doing a visit. Microwave is not heating. I bought brand new to avoid headache. Do not buy this brand!

Basic functions like the digital clock don't work properly. The smart features that Samsung advertises as part of this model interfere with other features or are just unreliable. Overall this feels like a defective product that Samsung is unloading on consumers rather than fixing.

We purchased this microwave in Nov of 2024, it worked well for 3 months. It was unusable immediately after, it would run the fan on its own or start running as if someone turned it on, we had to end up unplugging it. Sounds silly but it has taken me awhile to write this review because we have 5 kids and it is super frustrating thinking about and dealing with this. We had to purchase a cheap one to use in our garage until we uninstall this one... DO NOT BUY and Samsung did nothing about it!

I seriously am wondering if anyone at Samsung actually used this machine before sending it out. You need to have your products tested by real people that actually use microwaves and don't just have them around looking nice. It gets two stars because it looks nice and heats things up. That's about where the pros end. Unable to see the buttons at nearly any time of day unless you have bright lights turned on. One of the dumbest things is the defrost feature where you can only defrost by weight and cannot enter a time manually. The fan button is in the absolute worst spot. The blue coloring for the digital display…why? All in all I regret this purchase but I will use it until it dies which should be soon according to other reviewers.

I bought this microwave in 2023, alone with the Bespoke induction range and dishwasher. I have to say that the button for the fan is near where you open the door, the problem is the fan turns on often when opening the door. It is annoying. Bad design I guess.

Pros: - heats up food good - does everything I expect from a microwave - slim design is the only one that fit in the space I had in my kitchen Cons: - Buttons are not backlit, hard to see sometimes. - Due to the buttons being a part of the door, it swings open very wide.

The microwave is easy to use, intuitive, and works well. I love the phone notifications when it's done cooking. Also it connects well with Alexa to turn off lights, etc...I only gave it 4 stars because it's a little too easy to press buttons when opening it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slim model fits very nice in my space and has the capacity that I normally cook with using the microwave of larger sizes. The controls have the quick settings I want in 30 sec increments, better suited for me compared to default minute in others. The ventilation and lighting is good, but it is nice that is has wifi connectivity so I can turn them on/off when I am not by them, when I run the fan longer that I am right around the microwave or turning on the light from a distance.

When I close it sometimes it turns it on. And the smart cook buttons. You have to guess at what you are cooking by instructions on the oven
