Love the Size!
This microwave has some great features. The best part about it is its slim size. It makes it so much easier to cook on my stove top underneath! I was worried about the size when purchasing, but in the end it fits everything I need. I haven't found anything I wanted to put in it that didn't fit. Being so slim, it is higher up and would be difficult for shorter people to use without a stool. If you have small kids, it's actually a benefit that they can't reach it! I love the blue ceramic interior, which is easy to clean. I like the presets and it is easy to update the time. It also looks very sleek and modern. One drawback of the microwave is its bulky door. The buttons are on the outside of the door, so the door is very long and may hit your head if you're not used to it. The fan is very loud and powerful, which is good. However, the fan button is positioned right where my fingers land when I close the door, which is annoying. Also, so far the display has frozen three times in the few months I've had it, requiring me to unplug and plug it back in each time to reset it. Overall this is a great microwave to save space, and an excellent microwave if you want a perfect match with other Samsung appliances.

Great in a pinch.

Unreliable quality, stopped working AGAIN!!!
Stopped working after 6-7 months, repaired under warranty, 2 months later stopped working again...... I assume this is a bad design or mine is a defective unit. Keep in mind that after the repair the warranty would only be for 2-3 months......

A bad engineering marvel
I seriously am wondering if anyone at Samsung actually used this machine before sending it out. You need to have your products tested by real people that actually use microwaves and don’t just have them around looking nice. It gets two stars because it looks nice and heats things up. That’s about where the pros end. Unable to see the buttons at nearly any time of day unless you have bright lights turned on. One of the dumbest things is the defrost feature where you can only defrost by weight and cannot enter a time manually. The fan button is in the absolute worst spot. The blue coloring for the digital display…why? All in all I regret this purchase but I will use it until it dies which should be soon according to other reviewers.

The only good slim microwave I could find

Pros: - heats up food good - does everything I expect from a microwave - slim design is the only one that fit in the space I had in my kitchen Cons: - Buttons are not backlit, hard to see sometimes. - Due to the buttons being a part of the door, it swings open very wide.

Dim numbers

Worth it with savings

The only think it needs like a bumper on the corner the first week I bumped my head 6 times trying to close the door. Only negative is that its hard to change the time on the screen; wish you could change it on the smart things app
Slim and trim
I love the slim profile of this microwave. Very modern. The only negative I have is that I hit the exhaust button when I close the door sometimes.
