[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Microwave! We only had a hood before, so this gave us more counterspace and we installed it to our current vent piping. The fan is very powerful. The size is more than enough for anything we would ever use it for. It is packed with features, and once you familiarize yourself, it is very user friendly. We also have it connected to our SmartThings app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave hood works really well. It heats food very thoroughly and warmer than my previous microwave. I like the economics of how it fits above my stove to give that extra space and fits a lot of large cooking items. The ventilation system works really well, and the light is nice with the different levels of lighting available. The only thing I find difficult with the microwave is the fact that to adjust the percentages of heat on the microwave you can only do it from your phone you cannot manually do it on the microwave.

Microwave takes getting use to, ready Instructions to get the full experience with your Microwave. It was easy to set up to my Samsung app, I know when its in use when I away from home. We find this is very efficient and easy to use. We dont have use of the Ventilation so I can not review. The fan is works get. Would definitely recommend this Microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this microwave for almost a year now and I love the size of the microwave it being shorter gives me more room between my stove top and the bottom of the microwave which is the main reason I bought it. I do not like that my number pad does not light up. The fan sensor is in just the wrong spot when you shut the microwave and gets turned all the time. If there is a manual to learn how to do the settings I cannot find it online to save my life. I would like to be able to program a quick time button, like the 30 seconds but for additional minutes. For example a quick shot button for 3 minutes. Overall I'm happy with this microwave, the biggest downfall is that the numbers don't light up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sleek design. It really helped me level up the aesthetic of my kitchen. Only regret is wish the keypad was illuminated so I didn't have to turn on lights at night to be able to see to start the microwave. I believe it automatically vents when I cook, not sure still learning my device. Love the ability to either let the plate rotate or be stationary.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of it and the extra space over the stove but it's almost impossible to see the numbers unless every light in the kitchen is on. And even then I have to get within a few inches. Don't understand why the numbers aren't brighter.

Should've checked the reviews before purchasing this microwave . It has the most flawed design I've ever seen. The control panel is hard to see even with the best lighting.. and has no backlight option. Samsung also placed the exhaust fan button so close to the side grip that I set it on almost every time I open the microwave. How annoying!! Lastly has no power level control button unless it is set on the phone app. Poorly designed!! I wish I could get my $ back.

The ventilation fan , is not that great, it cant handle heat put out by my Samsung range. Hard to program , my westinghouse microwave hood system worked much better. I should have stuck with them. Same could be said for gas range its been replaced once already. The no light up black dashboard is hard to see without hood light on. Overall not happy with either, perhaps Samsung should stick to cell phones.
