Do not buy! One month past warranty receiving codes A1 and A16. Having the same issue as multiple consumers, machine acts like it’s “possessed.” Randomly turns fan on, key pad works intermittently. Not safe, have to unplug for fear the machine will turn on by itself. Woke up multiple times and the fan is blowing all by itself in high. Out of warranty now. With this many customers having the same issue this has to be a manufacturer defect.

Loved this microwave until it started to act up -just a month over the 1-year warranty. They would not budge on the one-year. The display clock/timer began to malfunction. Thing is it happened prior to the one-year but we just thought it was a glitch and unplugged it and plugged it back in. Now, it happens on a regular basis regardless of unplugging and plugging back in. Very disappointing. Samsung should stick to making electronics and stay away from appliances.

I bought it here at a sell price and I love it. My husband installed it fairly easy. And of course I saw it cheaper afterward. So research carefully

I’ve bought this 3 months ago and still working like a charm it does cool fast and make’s notification when done on my phone. I love it could have more applications but so far it is doing what it’s attended to.

Pretty good microwave but the touchpad not lighting up is a pretty big deal breaker for me. I plan on replacing this as soon as I find one that has a backlit touchpad.
