The only think it needs like a bumper on the corner the first week I bumped my head 6 times trying to close the door. Only negative is that its hard to change the time on the screen; wish you could change it on the smart things app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the look of it and the extra space over the stove but it's almost impossible to see the numbers unless every light in the kitchen is on. And even then I have to get within a few inches. Don't understand why the numbers aren't brighter.

Only regret is wish the keypad was illuminated so I didn't have to turn on lights at night to be able to see to start the microwave. I believe it automatically vents when I cook, not sure still learning my device. Love the ability to either let the plate rotate or be stationary.

It was very easy to install and and connect ventilation to existing exhaust. My only complaint is the clock will lose 5 to 10 minutes each month and I need reset the time frequently.

The only issue I had was the controls died after a bit of static shock. The service was quick and took care of the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both My range and my microwave have been great So far! They were very easy to install And hooked up and connected to my Previous Ventilation Perfect. They are the Perfect size Inside and outside I highly recommend Samsung For any kitchen

The design is beautiful, air flow is great. The user interface is not great. The fan turns on because the control is near the edge of the door. The automatic cook functions are not easy to understand. Finally the glass smudges very easily and has to be cleaned vey often.

Should have read the reviews first. No back lit controls. You can't see what you're pressing. At least put a high contrast panel on it. This is total form over function.

Sleek and powerful without taking up so much space

Called for warranty, troubleshoot over the phone. Technician will be doing a visit. Microwave is not heating. I bought brand new to avoid headache. Do not buy this brand!
