[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The slim model fits very nice in my space and has the capacity that I normally cook with using the microwave of larger sizes. The controls have the quick settings I want in 30 sec increments, better suited for me compared to default minute in others. The ventilation and lighting is good, but it is nice that is has wifi connectivity so I can turn them on/off when I am not by them, when I run the fan longer that I am right around the microwave or turning on the light from a distance.

At first I was afraid of how small it looked and thought my deep dishes or a whole chicken would not fit but boy was I wrong. You can absolutely fit a whole chicken and deep casserole dish. I read other's complaints about accidentally hitting the fan button while closing the door and it turns it on but I am more aware and careful of that. I love that it gives me more wall space underneath to hang my spices and I do recommend this microwave and we are a samsung family so I absolutely am in love with all their appliances.

The connectivity through SmartThings is actually useful—you can monitor, control, and get alerts right from your phone. Setup was quick, and it integrates well if you already use other Samsung devices. The interface is clean and modern. The touch controls are responsive, easy to navigate, and not cluttered like older models. It just feels more updated and intuitive. Performance is solid, though the interior is a bit smaller than standard units. Bottom line: Great mix of smart features and a clean interface in a space-saving design.

The microwave looks nice and the low profile was recommended by my kitchen designer. It also heats well. But now wish we'd read the reviews before buying. We've found the control panel very hard to see without lights full bright. Like another reviewer, the panel didn't appear this dark in the store (which had low lighting in the appliance section). We also had to figure out on our own how to adjust the power and a necessary step was missing in the quick start manual on setting the clock. Now the clock has started to have a mind of its own on a daily basis over the past week, changing to an inaccurate setting (off by hours) without anyone touching it. Next step is calling customer care for assistance because this new clock issue will be a problem for us. Just hoping the Samsung gas stove and dishwasher we bought at the same time don't have problems…

Two negative things about this microwave. You can't read the panel so it's hard to know what buttons to push, and you can't use the timer and microwave at the same time. Difficult to use, but there is nothing Samsung can or will do about it. Wouldn't buy again.

Didn't work out of the box, but I was happy that Samsung covered the repair under warranty. Of course here I am now just 18 days past the warranty expiration and the microwave is dead once again with a C-F2 Absolute garbage and not at all what I would expect from a name like Samsung. Very frustrating.

Why is the control panel not backlit? Bought as a bundle with a range (which has a control panel with white numbers - not backlit but easily seen). Who saw this design and said “Yup, that works.” Doesn't even need to be backlit, just using the same color scheme as the range would be sufficient. A truly stupid design flaw. Please fire whoever signed off on this. Don't overthink it, use the white numbers on the control panel just like the ranges this hangs above. Looks sleek and cool…until you realize it came at the price of functionality. Do better.

Lasted barely 2 months until it went haywire. Went through all the troubleshooting steps (unplugged for 5 mins, switched off/on the circuit breaker, called Samsung, etc..) and it's still not working.
