Do not buy! One month past warranty receiving codes A1 and A16. Having the same issue as multiple consumers, machine acts like it’s “possessed.” Randomly turns fan on, key pad works intermittently. Not safe, have to unplug for fear the machine will turn on by itself. Woke up multiple times and the fan is blowing all by itself in high. Out of warranty now. With this many customers having the same issue this has to be a manufacturer defect.

This microwave has some great features. The best part about it is its slim size. It makes it so much easier to cook on my stove top underneath! I was worried about the size when purchasing, but in the end it fits everything I need. I haven't found anything I wanted to put in it that didn't fit. Being so slim, it is higher up and would be difficult for shorter people to use without a stool. If you have small kids, it's actually a benefit that they can't reach it! I love the blue ceramic interior, which is easy to clean. I like the presets and it is easy to update the time. It also looks very sleek and modern. One drawback of the microwave is its bulky door. The buttons are on the outside of the door, so the door is very long and may hit your head if you're not used to it. The fan is very loud and powerful, which is good. However, the fan button is positioned right where my fingers land when I close the door, which is annoying. Also, so far the display has frozen three times in the few months I've had it, requiring me to unplug and plug it back in each time to reset it. Overall this is a great microwave to save space, and an excellent microwave if you want a perfect match with other Samsung appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave a couple months back and I was finally able to get it hung above my stove and let me tell ya this thing cooks ! It was easy to install, and it's very easy to maintain. It cooks awesome and the food does not taste like it's been cooked in a microwave. I had no problems getting it to hook up to my wifi and it's very user friendly. Overall I am very happy with my microwave and would most definitely recommend it to anyone.

I have had this microwave for 8 months or so and there are 3 things that annoy me. 1. Clock Does not automatically sync even though the MW is connected to my network 2. Fan makes a lot of noise but water vapor from steaming pots never really gets drawn through the filters. I do not have this exhausted outside. I just use the internal path where the fan blows out the top. 3. How about a real manual for my specific MW! Trying to figure out the reheat, auto-cook etc sequence is really annoying. …and why isn’t there an reheat for 1 piece of pizza? You can only do an auto-reheat for 2 pieces?

Purchased this microwave in March of 2022 during the start of a kitchen redo. We loved it up till it stopped working several months ago. Have running through online troubleshooting, but none have worked and now need to replace it after just 2-1/2 years!

Issues with the microwave: 1. The door has to be pulled out to open it, there is no ‘open' button. Worried the microwave may come off the wall. 2. Button on the panel are not lighted so difficult to see at nite even with kitchen lights on. Flash lite gas to be used. Company needs to improve on these difficult features.

Unfortunately mine died after 6 days of use and was fixed under warranty within a week of calling Samsung. I will recommend purchasing an extended warranty because the soldered fuse tends to to go out on these units fairly quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i've always been against having a microwave over your oven as it is not pleasing to the eyes having such a big appliance taking over working space above the stove. of course, samsung comes to the rescue by making this awesome product! it does not only changed my mind but now i cannot stop to think why nobody did this before? this microwave is just awesome! great suction power and the ability to turn it on via the app? life changing! forgot to take your meal out of the oven and its now cold again? well, you can also start the microwave within your phone, no need to get up to add some more time, made for people like me that think "everything is too far" :d. one of the best appliances samsung has ever made. love love love it!

Vertically slim, but horizontally extra wide door hits you in the face when you open it. It's even wider than a regular microwave door because it is the full width of the oven, the entire front of the oven is the door. It swings extra far out taking up excess space as it opens. If it was truly space saving it would open upwards, like a hatchback but as it is, the door takes up too much space, like a 2 door sedan in a tight parking spot. Terrible design.
