While slim, it also provides a large amount of space inside for anything you're likely to microwave. In addition, the compatibility with SmartThings is something I never knew I needed. I can walk away, go downstairs to watch my Samsung tv in my basement, and receive an on-screen alert that the microwave has finished cooking my food. All of this at a VERY fair price. Highly recommend!

I had purchased a warranty with it and the company gave me the funds to buy a new one. I am hoping that this one lasts much longer. We don't use it every day.

This microwave came with the light not working and then the number pad stopped working days later. It is horrible that things tear up on less than 2 weeks. I bought smart hub refrigerator, air frying oven, and microwave and the refrigerator makes noise already too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like the features and size of the microwave, but the main downside ive noticed is the black panel attracts fingerprints, and show up easily, trying to clean the unit is a pain as the touch commands are on the outside of the door and are very very sensitive, i do like that the stainless steel is fringerprint free.. but thats about it

Trying to edit but can't find that function. Wanted to update review that the clock works, however, the time slows down. Once it gets set after a few minutes or so, it starts to slow down and the time falls behind a bit a minute then 2 minutes...is there a way to fix that? Other than that, heated a few things and still seems to work ok. I've only used this microwave about 5 days.

My old over the stove microwave didn't match at all, Viking's were crazy expensive, so I got this. Looks sleek, and works wonderfully. I love the blue interior too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a year ago. Install was professionally done without issue. I like the sleek look of it and the power of it. The over stove light, however, is way dimmer than my previous over the stove light before this microwave install, so that is disappointing. Also, whenever I open of close the microwave door, I sometimes trigger the fan exhaust button, which gets pretty annoying because I have to press it several time to shut it off (there is no on or off button for the fan; you press once and it is on level 4 high, and to turn off, you have to press through the lower levels to "0"). I do like that it is wifi/bluetooth connected, so I have an idea when my husband is home because I get alerts when the food is done being heated! And when electricity comes and goes, the time does not have to be reset because it is synced with my phone. Despite the few drawbacks, this has been a useful buy and I would recommend if you need a slimline size to fit above your stove.

I bought this product in May 2023. About six months later I noticed that the microwave display was constantly changing. I thought it was because of the wifi. Now the microwave has a mind of its own. Several features turn on at any time. The air vent, light, and the microwave itself. I disconnected the vent feature and could live with light engaged. But what i can't live with is a microwave that self starts. Thats is a serious hazard. At this moment I'm seriously considering replacing it.

Just got the microwave installed. Seems everyone is right about the clock. It doesn't give the option to set to PM. I've used at least owned and used 20 ++ microwaves throughout my lifetime and this is the only microwave that gives me trouble. I did heat up soup and that worked well. I hope this microwave functions and lasts. Fingers crossed. I also purchased the induction oven but haven't installed yet. Hope these appliances last.....
