Working well once we got it set up appropriately. Rewind slowly especially the first few ties.

Scored a great deal on this hose reel. It's base swivels and the hose guide perfectly winds and unwinds the hose every time which we appreciate.

Flimsy, not near as nice as ones we’ve bought here before. Like the dark brown color of the last ones better.

Good product very well built. I am happy with my purchase. The only issue I found was that it is difficult to attach to the ground with stakes and still use the swivel feature.

Love the hose reel rotation option. The swivel is great for using it for multiple locations.. great when you role the hose up that the hose is evenly rotated on the inside reel..
