The hose reel box is pretty good. The leader hose, however, is junk. It burted from the coupler on the 2nd day of using it. It was more work to return it, so I fixed it with a hose mender.

It bent, crushed and ruined my perfectly good hose. I was wanting something to keep my good hose in its pristine condition, instead, I'm buying a new hose. 😥 The design is poor, it bent the end and continued damaging it. I habe numerous pictures.

Super well made and works perfectly! The gear system moves the hose evenly

Working well once we got it set up appropriately. Rewind slowly especially the first few ties.

It looks very good. I like it.

So easy to wrap up your hose after you’re done. Holds 100 ft hose too!

It is difficult to extend the hose from the hose reel.

I found it quite a bit cheaper at Walmart.
