Good product very well built. I am happy with my purchase. The only issue I found was that it is difficult to attach to the ground with stakes and still use the swivel feature.

I hate this hose reel!!! It falls over multiple times when using it and the swivel is not useful, just another pain. Hoping we can return it and get our money back. We need something sturdier for sure.

I like my swivel water hose reel , protects my water hose from the sun and very easy to use.

The base needs to be heavier to prevent moving when pulling the hose out. Perfect otherwise.
