Convenient way to store my hose. Easy on, easy off. I love that it swivels at the bottom to face the direction you are unloading or reloading the hose from. Also love the automatic feed. Only had it a month, but everything is good so far.

Love the swivel part. Not very heavy so it can move while pulling hose out. Takes forever to roll 100 feet back in!!

You have to be very careful when you roll the hose back in that it stays in aligned so when you take it out, it rolls out correctly and not get tangled

As you reel a hose, the front plastic assembly is very flexible, lacking a structural sturdiness. Also as you wind hose, it wants to reel over the hose connected to drum. The automatic guided hose reel bar is oversized and should have been approximately 1” shorter on hose connection side. The hold unit lack a sturdier design.

I returned this product. It was flimsy and I did not think it would hold together over time. It did not roll up the hose smoothly and was difficult to pull out the hose. I wanted to replace one I had had for many years that was a little difficult to roll up, but the hose came out smoothly. My old one was better.

The unit is very cheaply made. When I bought it I had an idea it might not last. So far it’s ok but that is probably due to the fact that we haven’t had to pull the hose out and reel it back in too many times.

Too tight, not enough space for it to fit 100ft water pipe. Had to return

Cheaply constructed, very lightweight plastic!! Does not stay in place when pulling out the hose. Why a lazy Susan base, doesn’t make sense to me!!!!!!!

Both ends of the hose to the faucet leak when pulling the hose out. Tightening the fittings (although plastic and expect to break) helps somewhat. The base to the swivel stand does not stay in place or properly swivel. Thought of returning it.
