Love the swivel part. Not very heavy so it can move while pulling hose out. Takes forever to roll 100 feet back in!!

I like the design very much. Handles 100 foot hose easily and roles into the housing with difficulty. Internal storage for the nozzles, etc. is a useful option. Seems well built.

Winds hose back up easily. Good addition to my gardening tools.

It is difficult to extend the hose from the hose reel.

You have unwind how much hose you or If you just pull hose it topples over, with only 50 foot hose. Stated can use 100 foot hose.

I bought 2 and had to buy new leader hoses for both before icoukd use them. I could not get the ones that were supplied to stop leaking.

Wasn't strong/large enough to handle our heavy duty 100 ft hose. The swivel bottom moves when you are trying to reel it up.

Love the hose reel rotation option. The swivel is great for using it for multiple locations.. great when you role the hose up that the hose is evenly rotated on the inside reel..

I found it quite a bit cheaper at Walmart.

This too flimsy to last.
