I like the design very much. Handles 100 foot hose easily and roles into the housing with difficulty. Internal storage for the nozzles, etc. is a useful option. Seems well built.

Cheaply constructed, very lightweight plastic!! Does not stay in place when pulling out the hose. Why a lazy Susan base, doesn’t make sense to me!!!!!!!

Convenient way to store my hose. Easy on, easy off. I love that it swivels at the bottom to face the direction you are unloading or reloading the hose from. Also love the automatic feed. Only had it a month, but everything is good so far.

The unit is very cheaply made. When I bought it I had an idea it might not last. So far it's ok but that is probably due to the fact that we haven't had to pull the hose out and reel it back in too many times.

I had bought the larger model from HDepot and the connections are all plastic threads and easily damaged. I returned it. It was also $30 more. This model from Sam’s club is excellent and the brass fittings are perfect.

fell apart after four months. I had the max 150' 5/8" hose on it during that time and maybe three or four times went to near full length. Needed to make a 50' run today, after about 20' it locked up and pulled the assembly over. Dissecting the remains, it appears the reel broke at the end where it meets the end carrier. I'll be honest, I didn't think it was a long term investment, but I did expect to get at least two years from it.

This item holds the water hose perfectly. The swivel function comes handy when watering multiple areas.

Works ok but not very appealing to the front of the house. Lightweight so you have to be careful when using it.

Currently using it with 75 foot hose and love that it keeps all that hose organized and tucked away from view when not in use. Unwinding for use is very easy and when it's time to wind it back in, the amount of effort it takes is extremely minimal, unless you're absolutely lazy then this product is not for you. Follow the instructions on how to properly wind and unwind by releasing water pressure from the hose when you're done with use, properly tighten the connection fittings with a wrench after threading by hand and there should be no problems. Purchase with confidence.
