This oil is perfect to use cold in salads and you can also cook food with it. The taste I what I loved the most it's not bitter like some other oils. My family is very picky but when I use this oil they can't tell the difference between this and regular cooking oil. I 100% recommend this olive oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the flavor of this Sustainable Source Extra Virgin Olive oil and I think is a great "mainstream" option for a good quality olive oil but at this point I will really recommend to use single origin source oil to really make an upscale product. The packaging is well design and looks great even though it is plastic and I will expect glass for this type of olive oil. Overall a good product with room for improvement, specially depending of the price point that will have at the store.

It emulsified perfectly with the other ingredients. We also used it to dip our bread into with a few herbs added and it was also fantastic. Sustainably sourced is a more eco friendly product. The olive oil is produced by an old fashioned technique called cold pressed. The flavor tastes the same but more earth friendly. We didn’t notice any flavor variations from our usual Bertolli extra virgin olive oil. You simply are getting a better eco product.
