[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bertolli Sustainable Sourced Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a very light taste. I use olive oil in almost all my dishes that I cook on the stove top. It does not give any undesirable taste to the food, it actually compliments the food well, especially vegetables.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been on a sour dough kick. I made a dipping oil using this Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olive flavor really shined through and elevated the flavor. It was also great on my focaccia bread.

I not only use this to cook or dip bread in but I also use it when I cook for my dog. I would never cook food for my dog if it wasn’t something I would eat I didn’t trust the product. I love the fact that it’s sustainably sourced so you know you are getting a better quality olive oil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In our household we use exclusively olive oil for cooking and salads. I have tried many brands and prefer the extra virgin kind. This brand is new for me (for olive oil that is) but I am very impressed and will continue using it. The color is beautiful golden, the taste is smooth and slightly bitter, just enough to know that it has been made actually from olives but not too bitter to affect the taste of whatever I'm cooking. I love the packaging as well and the extra detail that has been added to the neck of the bottle to control how much you're pouring shows how much the manufacturer cares. And on the top of everything, this product is sustainably sourced.

It is great for dipping breads, or baking, or just dipping bread. Great to add directly onto a salad too. And the fact that it is sustainably sourced makes it even better.

I drizzled a little over some mozzarella cheese and wow! Guess this is my new favorite evoo. I highly recommend.
