It does not give any undesirable taste to the food, it actually compliments the food well, especially vegetables.

Could do the same with balsamic vinegar for a different flavor. This would also be an amazing oil to mix with fresh herbs to dip your bread in. Worth the splurge.

I added a little red pepper flakes and dipped my focaccia in it…delicious! Also great for rubbing down steaks before grilling. Very versatile product.
