Tye flavor is excellent mild and the oil is great quality a lil goes along way. We use it for everything from frying an egg to making salad dressing. Although it maybe be sustainably sourced by suppliers of olive growers company but the Origin is at too many places to be known. One sourced country is better. I’d put this as buyer’s beware. I would still use this olive oil as last resort.
