[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed 1/2 cup olive oil for a recipe and used the last 1/4 of a different brand I had and the other 1/4 with this one and was shocked at how different the quality of this one was. This brand had a rich nice color and was a great thick consistency with a very smooth flavor. I also love that it is sustainably sourced but I wish it had more information about how and what that means. It did have the origin of product stamped on the bottle (mine was from Spain!) but I would love to have learned more about it.

Everything is excellent in this extra virgin olive oil, the olives come from sustainable harvests, it is cold pressed, and the packaging is 100% recyclable plastic. It has a mild aroma and flavor. It can be used for frying, salad dressing and many other things, even baking. Cold-pressed oils are ideal for frying. It is a very healthy option to give quality to your meals as well as maintain good health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really smooth, clean EVOO. I used it to make salad dressing. Mixed mine with apple cider vinegar and a bit of salt and pepper. Could do the same with balsamic vinegar for a different flavor. This would also be an amazing oil to mix with fresh herbs to dip your bread in. Worth the splurge.

First off Bertolli is one of my go to brands of Olive oil, a company that has been in business as long as they have is doing something right. My family loves to cook with olive oil so it is used almost every night. This cold extracted olive oil gave my foods the flavor and frying power I needed for my meals to be perfect. Olive oil is a must have in my house and I would use this kind again.

I added a little red pepper flakes and dipped my focaccia in it…delicious! Also great for rubbing down steaks before grilling. Very versatile product.

I love that a trusted brand like Bertoli now has sustainably sourced olive oil! The flavor is amazing and it can be used in so many different ways! The packaging is nice, although it does come in a plastic bottle. It is recyclable though and you don't have to worry about breaking it! I love the label and how it has a classic Italian style to it. Super smooth flavor and great quality olive oil! Would absolutely recommend!
