[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience with a true olive oil, I was unsure how it would compare to other oils, and I have to say I feel like the taste and the quality are far superior to any other oil I have used! Half the oil is needed to produce the same results as other Oils. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I love this brand! Nice, smooth flavor! I mainly use extra virgin olive oil as my choice oil. I absolutely love how they promote sustainability and that the bottle is a 100% recycled bottle! The flavor and quality is so good in non heated uses, such as salad dressings or dips to make for bread. It is also great for cooking. I use it in marinades for my meat and chicken, to sautee my veggies, garlic, onion, (stir frying as well) and spritzing and coating air fryer and foods going in the air fryer. Love it!

The Bertolli Sustainably Sourced Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes in a semi-hard recyclable plastic. The oil is light, high quality, and you can taste that. You can use it straight as in a vinaigrette, or like I did in a veggie sauté. Even in an olive oil cake. I will be using again and again, and even better that it's Sustainably Sourced.

It tastes light and smooth and I’ve been able to use it with multiple cooking applications from sautéing veggies to drizzling on salad. I like that it is a sustainable product especially since I am very into natural and organic foods. Overall, really nice oil especially if you want something lighter in flavor.

I wish it was in a sturdier bottle though, the plastic feels a little flimsy and is hard to hold if it gets oil on it. This is great in salads and as a finisher on pastas.

I would not use it on a hot pan as I feel like the flavor would disappear. It is also great when making a salad dressing. I would definitely buy this again.
