[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I love this brand! Nice, smooth flavor! I mainly use extra virgin olive oil as my choice oil. I absolutely love how they promote sustainability and that the bottle is a 100% recycled bottle! The flavor and quality is so good in non heated uses, such as salad dressings or dips to make for bread. It is also great for cooking. I use it in marinades for my meat and chicken, to sautee my veggies, garlic, onion, (stir frying as well) and spritzing and coating air fryer and foods going in the air fryer. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook a lot with olive oil (being of Italian descent). I use it to sauté vegetables, marinate meat, and as a dipping sauce with Italian bread. I love that this olive oil is sustainably sourced and non-GMO. It’s low in saturated fats and part of a Mediterranean diet which is what I basically grew up eating.

It’s great to cook with and the flavor is outstanding. I enjoy the fact that it advertises its sustainably sourced. This makes me want to buy this brand over other brands, even more. The pourspout is non-drip, and the bottle is recyclable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I generally buy store brand extra virgin olive oil due to the cost difference, but after trying this sustainably sourced product I’m sold on changing my habits. Personally I am all in on sustainability and didn’t even know olive oil could be sold in a sustainable product until I saw the Bertolli product. The bottle was plastic which could have probably been glass for a true sustainable effort, but the fact that they buy from specific farms is personally rewarding for me. As for the quality of the oil when using it, I was impressed by the raw flavor on sandwiches and the overall flavor and oil consistency in a stir fry. Sometimes olive oil can be very bitter, but this tasted like olives more than anything. I mentioned the oil consistency. When heated up, a little bit went a long way on the fry pan and it graciously covered the vegetables and meats I cooked to provide a wonderful fresh taste. I think next time I’m at the store I will be reaching for this bottle rather than the store brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the flavor of this Sustainable Source Extra Virgin Olive oil and I think is a great "mainstream" option for a good quality olive oil but at this point I will really recommend to use single origin source oil to really make an upscale product. The packaging is well design and looks great even though it is plastic and I will expect glass for this type of olive oil. Overall a good product with room for improvement, specially depending of the price point that will have at the store.
