Tye flavor is excellent mild and the oil is great quality a lil goes along way. We use it for everything from frying an egg to making salad dressing. Definitely going to be purchasing this regularly from Now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little disappointed with this Sustainably Sourced Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Bertolli. First off, it comes in a plastic bottle and the cap doesn't seal well. In my opinion if you're going to put your olive oil in a plastic bottle, you would want to put a more secure cap on it than one that you can't even screw down onto the bottle. A cork stopper cap is always a better option. Next is the aroma. I love the smell of a good EVOO. One that is fruity, yet pungent. Sweet yet peppery. With a nice, mild olive aroma tying it all together. This didn't have any of those qualities. When I taste it, I feel like i am drinking Canola Oil infused with pepper. I know this is one of the more inexpensive EVOO's and you can definitely taste it. It is very thick and the bitter hits you right away followed by a strong pepper taste. There is no sweetness, or fruity, or olive taste for that matter with this oil. It might be okay for drizzling on popcorn, but I haven't tried it on that yet. This Bertolli s EVOO just isn't one that I enjoyed very much. I'll pay the few extra dollars to get a higher quality, better tasting EVOO.

Always has been my go to olive oil choice, but I greatly appreciate the sustainability practices the brand proudly adheres to. The light flavor is perfect for cooking just about any savory dish and heats well and tastes great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great oil for a great price. I had to review a little of what I should look for in an olive oil. This matched well with the list. Never thought to smell olive oil but it was in the list. It has a fresh cut grass smell, and if you taste it plain it taste grassy as well. I paired it with my salmon dinner tonight and it did so good. I coated the glass pan, layered lemon on the bottom, placed the salmon on top of the lemons then coated the salmon with olive oil as well. Seasoned and baked at 425° for 15 mins. It came out delicious and amazing! I’m so proud of myself and this dish! Thanks Bertolucci for giving me hope in cooking. I can’t wait to make some Italian dip with bread using this!

I use this to make oil and herbs for bread as well as in many meals. We try to onky use healthier cooking/baking oils. I appreciate this company and the things they want. They have been around a long time and have a true quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was ok. The bottle I received had the code stamp stating the olives were from Spain. The flavor was ok. Not great but not the worst. I doubt I'd buy this myself. I prefer certified Italian DOP olive oil myself. This one didn't have much natural flavor like I'm used to.
