[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed 1/2 cup olive oil for a recipe and used the last 1/4 of a different brand I had and the other 1/4 with this one and was shocked at how different the quality of this one was. This brand had a rich nice color and was a great thick consistency with a very smooth flavor. I also love that it is sustainably sourced but I wish it had more information about how and what that means. It did have the origin of product stamped on the bottle (mine was from Spain!) but I would love to have learned more about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bright taste that goes well on its own! Not too bitter and can be used for dressings and sauces instead of only for cooking. I love the fact this is used with sustainable olives which I didn’t know was an issue with olive oil sourcing, but I do see this is a blend and it would be helpful to have more info about where exactly the olives come from instead of just a list of potential countries. However, this is a very affordable option so I am assuming a blend is the only type available at this price.

I wish it was in a sturdier bottle though, the plastic feels a little flimsy and is hard to hold if it gets oil on it. This is great in salads and as a finisher on pastas.

It was comparable to olive oil I have had in other countries like Italy and Argentina. This is great for cooking and can be that tasty, flavorful addition to a salad or cheese like burrata. It is also extremely affordable for the quality! I would definitely recommend!

The packaging is great just like any other bertolli olive oil and of course it cooks wonderfully. It’s great to know that we have a wonderful quality product. In addition to something that is sustainably sourced. The flavor is amazing and you can use the oil for cooking or even even with some balsamic and dipping in French bread.

I really like how versatile Bertolli extra virgin olive oil is. I can use it to cook, make home made salad dressings and marinades. My favorite way is to use it for bread dipping with my favorite seasoning. I like how the bottle tells you the country of origin on the back but there’s 9 countries this product can come from. I’m not sure if this would affect how the oil tastes from bottle to bottle if you get different countries.

I not only use this to cook or dip bread in but I also use it when I cook for my dog. I would never cook food for my dog if it wasn’t something I would eat I didn’t trust the product. I love the fact that it’s sustainably sourced so you know you are getting a better quality olive oil.
