I like the “sustainable source” but couldn’t find any info on their website about that. We usually tend to purchase olive oils in glass bottles.

Tye flavor is excellent mild and the oil is great quality a lil goes along way. We use it for everything from frying an egg to making salad dressing. It is pleasantly fruity and would be great to dip bread in and for a salad dressing. I compared it to another extra virgin olive oil and it was so much more flavorful! I like that I can make eggs with this without them sticking. I use this to spritz on my food before baking and it gives it a golden coating. I like the bottle because it pours just the amount I need. Although it maybe be sustainably sourced by suppliers of olive growers company but the Origin is at too many places to be known. One sourced country is better. I’d put this as buyer’s beware. I would still use this olive oil as last resort.

I use this product already in many things that I cook so it is versatile. I’m not sure about sustainability but I do wish the packaging was glass instead of plastic.
