It’s so advance compared to my old one like it actually has a screen in it that I can control the settings and even watch YouTube videos or TV on it. I also love the beverage zone for your drinks or whatever you want there like sauces. This also has a custom built in water pitcher with filtered water which is go useful for a quick drink or some fresh water for cooking and it refills itself in about 5 minutes. Another thing to mention this has a dual ice maker tray that makes twl different types of ice. The last thing which is a cool feature is the AI vision inside it scans and takes a picture of whatever goes in and out the refrigerator so you can keep up with what you have on the door or from your phone. I love this thing!

It has many awesome features but the best one are screen and autofil pitcher. Auto fill pitcher is really so much convenient,once I started using it I am not going back. The screen has so many features , the star one is AI. It's amazing it captures every product and you can put expiry date and also order. The screen also provides great resource for videos and recipe watch. So far I use it two times and it perfect assist. The screen shows energy consumption, also can set temperature easily from outside. The middle section can be easily adjusted to presets temperature for various needs. The ice cubes in freezer also has scoop and it's so convenient. Also, it has auto-open door. I have now started using this feature all the time, just touch and it opens. The doors easily store 2 gallons in my 23 cubic ft one. It feels spacious for a 23 cubic one. I am really glad I waited for all these features and feels a great convenient upgrade. It also has low noise compared to my old fridge, and it has an option to turn off ice making at night time right from the screen. I really happy with this refrigerator. It's so cool, Samsung is by miles ahead in technology and convenient features.

When we received this fridge the door to get to the water pitcher would not open. For some reason it was jammed so I had to file a warranty request. The Insiders were great about setting it up for us which was completed in a timely manner. This fridge has a lot of storage in it. I like that it has the extra crisper shelf where you can store other food items. I wish that the display screen was bigger as it is hard to see certain items. I do like the AI camera that shows you the contents of the fridge and it also gives you suggestions of meals that you can cook with the items that you have in your fridge. Whenever you remove or put in an item in the fridge it takes a picture of it. There is a lot of storage in the fridge and in the freezer you have 2 different types of ice sizes that you can choose from. So far we have not had any other issues with this fridge. It is definitely a great investment for your kitchen.

The fridge can actually see what's inside and keeps track of everything for me. I get alerts on my phone when stuff is about to expire, so I'm not throwing away moldy vegetables anymore. The 9" AI Home LCD with AI Vision is super handy. It keeps track of what’s inside, which actually helps me cut down on food waste and unnecessary grocery runs. The Auto Open Door feature is great when your hands are full, just walk up and it opens like magic. I also really like the FlexZone Drawer which has 5 different temperature settings. That is where I thrown the cheeses, yougurt and soda cans. One of the best features is the dual auto ice maker. The Ice Bites are a small but brilliant touch. They chill drinks so much faster than regular cubes. Now for the cons: the glass door looks sleek, but it’s definitely a fingerprint magnet. Also, the Auto Open Door can be a little too sensitive. Sometimes it activates when I’m just opening the middle drawer. Overall, it’s a smart, stylish, and functional fridge with some standout features. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator with AI family hub and AI vision inside for 2 weeks now. I will admit that this is actually my 2nd model of the Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator. I had my former model until I just replaced it with this one. Truthfully, I never thought I'd replace my dream fridge! Simply upgrading it makes perfect sense My new model is with a Charcoal Glass top and Stainless Steel bottom panels. I have to say that the charcoal glass acts as a mirror and it definitely leaves fingerprints and smudges way more than the white panels I had on my last Bespoke fridge; however, it's gorgeous and worth the trade off!!! This has the 9" family hub screen with AI. I enjoy this feature, yet I realize I have a lot to learn before I tap into the myriad of functions it offers. The only thing I have to say about the AI camera inside is that I shut mine off for now. It seems like it could be fantastic; however, there's a learning curve to optimize its use and I just haven't had the time to figure it out yet. It's probably way simpler than I am anticipating, but I'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, I'm enjoying accessing many of the refrigerator settings directly through the family hub screen. Previously, I needed to see much of the info using the Smart Things app. I will note that I really enjoy the smart things app. I have numerous Samsung appliances, tvs and a sound bar and I can access all through the app (even remotely). One feature that might seem minimal, but I certainly appreciate is the one that reminds me weekly to clean the water pitcher. I, like many people, can forget that even a water pitcher will grow bacteria without regular cleaning. Anyway, this updated model has both the automatic filling pitcher, along with a water dispenser when you simply want to fill a glass. It also had the dual ice maker, which offers both cubed and bite size ice. Lastly, I'd be amiss if I didn't share about the flex drawer! I love this feature! A person can choose to set it as a freezer, use it for deli, set it for beverages, which means you're sodas or beer or whatever beverages you choose come out of that drawer ice cold (just shy of slushy). I have always used mine set to deli. I have found that when I keep all my meat, cheese and other miscellaneous items, my refrigerator has a massive capacity for all else! I really like having both crisper drawers to use for my fruit and veggies. I love that I can have both regular size ice and a “bite” sized ice simultaneously. It has really been a relief for my husband who used to have to go purchase a bag of ice for me to have for chewing. No more!!! It also makes ice at a great pace! Did I mention that there’s an ice scoop that is accessible to anyone who reaches for ice! I could go on and on; however, I will simply say I love the fabulous features offered in this new AI Bespoke Refrigerator!

I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! Anyway, after living with apartment furnished refrigerators or hand me down fridges for all my adult life, I’m on top of the world now owning a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer! The next best thing will be owning this model with AI that I get to use occasionally now.
