[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is definitely an upgrade from what I had! There are so many Smart features that make this useful. My son is in awe of being able to watch YouTube on the refrigerator but I’m impressed by the management of food that is captured by the camera in the fridge. It helps being able to know at a glance of the screen what’s in the refrigerator and the date it was placed in there. The beverage door is a nice addition; however, it took me a couple days to be able to open it on the first try. My son and I would both use the designated handle for the beverage door but it would open the entire door. We’ve figured out how to jiggle it a little to make sure just the beverage door opens. It should not be as difficult as it is! I like that the beverage center has a pitcher that can be autofilled with cold water and my son likes being able to use the spout to directly fill his glass. The dual ice maker is a neat feature but it took a couple days to actually work. I had to lower the temperature on the freezer for it to begin making ice. It’s nice to have two different sized ice depending on what drink is being had or which container is being used. The FlexZone drawer is nice. Right now, I’m storing bread in there but could also see it being used for other items that may not need the same temperature as the refrigerator or freezer, since the temperature for the drawer can be adjusted. With the Twin Cooling Plus and Metal Cooling technologies, I’m sure that is why my food tastes much fresher. My son noticed that the carrots were much crisper than usual. There are still many features that I’m discovering with the LCD display screen. I still have yet to discover the recipes from the items in my fridge but that is going to helpful to try out new recipes. The screen and black doors around it does get fingerprints easily on it and has to be wiped off frequently. There is a sensor you can turn on for the fridge doors to open with placing your hand under the sensor and that is very handy for when I’m cooking and my hands may be dirty. All in all, I’m satisfied with this fridge and would recommend it to others.

One of the notable internal features is the Metal Cooling; you'll see it on the back panel, and it really seems to help maintain a more consistent temperature throughout the fridge, which is great for keeping food fresh longer. Inside, the layout is quite flexible with adjustable shelving. If your model includes a dedicated FlexZone drawer – which this one often does as a middle drawer between the fridge and freezer – you'll find it incredibly useful for customizing storage for things like deli items, drinks, or items you want to soft-freeze, as it has its own temperature controls. The Beverage Center with its internal water dispenser and AutoFill pitcher remains a standout for convenience and maintaining a clean exterior look. Even for someone new to such a feature-packed appliance, the benefits to food preservation and overall kitchen organization are noticeable quite quickly.

It’s a smart way to ensure we use our groceries before they spoil. Another feature we absolutely love is the dual ice maker. Having two different types of ice—one for everyday beverages and another that's perfect for cocktails—is a brilliant design choice that we appreciate daily. Overall, we are thoroughly delighted with this refrigerator. The aesthetic is modern and sophisticated, and the build quality is evident. It’s clear that considerable attention was paid to both the physical design and the intuitive software. The beverage station is really easy to use and my kids love being able to quickly grab their drinks. I love that it has the two different sizes of ice cubes, the little scooper makes it more fun. The screen functions very well and was easy to connect to our other apps like ring. Anytime someone rings the doorbell, our ring app pulls up a live view of the person at the door. My kids love being able to see who is there when we are not home. We also have it connected to our amazon music, which makes cooking and cleaning a bit more fun. The smart things app connected with it without a problem. Overall setup was really quick and easy and both refrigerator and app where easy to navigate through. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

First the delivery was VIP experience. I didn’t have to lift a finger. My delivery went as smooth as possible setting up my refrigerator and when they left, it was ready to use. I began taking off all of the plastic protecting covering, and I was amazed at the design of my new Samsung refrigerator. The doors Are so sleep. The outside is made out of what looks like glass material. I’m loving the flex drawer. I use it for my children’s snacks and drinks. I love the built-in water dispenser and the water pitcher. I absolutely love the ability to access the water without fully opening the entire refrigerator. Getting into the AI technology of my refrigerator it lets me know when something is taken out or put in the refrigerator. I will say that this model and design is by far the best refrigerator that I’ve own.

I can walk by my fridge now with a basket of cloths and say Bixby turn on my Washer and open the door. Its been awesome so far having Bespoke appliances. My wife loves the way that she can take a phone call through the appliances when the phone is in the other room. Also if you can't find your phone or connected device, it will ring it for you. We like Bespoke products so much, we designed and remodeled our kitchen around our Samsung Bespoke appliances!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start with this refrigerator. Samsung has done it again; this is the best one yet. I love this fridge. My favorite part of this fridge is the beverage center. I like that I don’t have to see the water dispenser and the ice outside of the refrigerator. It gives the fridge a clean slick appearance. I also like that it has dual ice make, but I don’t like that I can’t just put my cut in and get the ice, but this is just my preference not a deal breaker. I like the AI LCD screen, but wish it was bigger like the family hub, but at least I still get to see the same information just on a smaller level. The AI features definitely help with saving my family money, we are not wasteful because it scans the food and lets you know when the food is about to expire. The aesthetic of this fridge is amazing and sophisticated. I don’t know how Samsung does it, they keep getting better with each and every product they put out. I love the auto-open door, you just touch the door and it open. I like that very much. I like the Smart Thing apps that you can use in conjunction with the fridge. This thing is a beast. This thing makes your kitchen look like it is in a high-end gourmet kitchen. The bottom line is this thing is advanced and innovative

The touchscreen could be larger but it is very easy to use and you are able to see your food. You can download the app and access your fridge items from anywhere. There is an option for automatic opening of your main doors. The Beverage Center provides quick and easy access to filtered water and a beverage pitcher. The shelves are positioned well and there’s versatility for your large and small items. The other drawer offers easy access to other refrigerated foods and the freezer is amazing. Quite large in size and offers 2 different sized ice cubes. Overall an amazing refrigerator!
