It's visually pleasing and sleek (fingerprints do show easily though), and we love the flex drawer space. We also appreciate the beverage center and that opening the other fridge door doesn't pause the water dispenser. I also didn't think we would care too much for the screen but it's been helpful to see recipes flash through, weather information, etc. One thing that could be improved is flexibility with height adjustment of the shelves on the right side door. The preset heights are not very helpful for adjusting for tall items.

Love the size (29cf), everything I had in the old frig fits with no problem in the new... Only took a couple of hours to get the temp down to swap food over (100 + degrees outside). Great fingerprint free front. Doors open to about 45 degrees to access inside and whats in the door compartments. I really like the look of the unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's only been a week and 1/2 but I love this fridge. The AI functions for tagging food expire dates is super helpful. I love the counter depth is great for the two of us. The cooling seems very efficient and it's great to have groceries this chilled. The family hub is great! We already have a smart home and this fits right in. We previously owned a Samsung, so our confidence was high to start with. We are still learning features. The water pitcher with auto fill is nice and there are many great auto settings including being able to use the deli drawer for other temps and items. We selected Black on top and stainless bottom and it goes with other appliances in our kitchen.

This is my second Samsung refrigerator. I loved the look of this one—black glass top and stainless steel on the middle drawer and the freezer. I like that it doesn't have handles, maybe I'll have fewer finger prints and stays cleaner on the front. I would have loved it more if it was all black glass. I like that it has the auto refill pitcher in the door. I'm still getting use to it since I just got it yesterday.

They can only fit a pack of cheese and two to three bottles of water placed vertically after putting in the organizer/ separator.I really appreciate the deep freezer compartment, especially since it includes two inner shelves in the bottom section.
