The biggest issue is the freezer. It keeps acting up and doesn't always hold a consistent temperature. I've had items that should be fully frozen end up partially thawed, which is frustrating—especially for something this expensive. Another downside is the exterior quality. While the design is beautiful, it dents way too easily. Even small bumps leave noticeable marks, which takes away from the premium look pretty quickly. There are definitely things to like—the storage space is great, and the layout is very convenient—but for the price, I expected much better reliability and durability. Overall, it looks like a high-end appliance, but the performance hasn't lived up to the cost.

The beverage center is my favorite part being able to create different infusions and a pitcher of water constantly filled. The glass surface is easy to maintain, and the overall aesthetic is beautiful. Plenty of storage and the 4 panel design is a must. High quality materials, and the AI/touch scree tech is a fun Perk.
