It’s so advance compared to my old one like it actually has a screen in it that I can control the settings and even watch YouTube videos or TV on it. I also love the beverage zone for your drinks or whatever you want there like sauces. This also has a custom built in water pitcher with filtered water which is go useful for a quick drink or some fresh water for cooking and it refills itself in about 5 minutes. Another thing to mention this has a dual ice maker tray that makes twl different types of ice. The last thing which is a cool feature is the AI vision inside it scans and takes a picture of whatever goes in and out the refrigerator so you can keep up with what you have on the door or from your phone. I love this thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is definitely an upgrade from what I had! There are so many Smart features that make this useful. My son is in awe of being able to watch YouTube on the refrigerator but I’m impressed by the management of food that is captured by the camera in the fridge. It helps being able to know at a glance of the screen what’s in the refrigerator and the date it was placed in there. The beverage door is a nice addition; however, it took me a couple days to be able to open it on the first try. My son and I would both use the designated handle for the beverage door but it would open the entire door. We’ve figured out how to jiggle it a little to make sure just the beverage door opens. It should not be as difficult as it is! I like that the beverage center has a pitcher that can be autofilled with cold water and my son likes being able to use the spout to directly fill his glass. The dual ice maker is a neat feature but it took a couple days to actually work. I had to lower the temperature on the freezer for it to begin making ice. It’s nice to have two different sized ice depending on what drink is being had or which container is being used. The FlexZone drawer is nice. Right now, I’m storing bread in there but could also see it being used for other items that may not need the same temperature as the refrigerator or freezer, since the temperature for the drawer can be adjusted. With the Twin Cooling Plus and Metal Cooling technologies, I’m sure that is why my food tastes much fresher. My son noticed that the carrots were much crisper than usual. There are still many features that I’m discovering with the LCD display screen. I still have yet to discover the recipes from the items in my fridge but that is going to helpful to try out new recipes. The screen and black doors around it does get fingerprints easily on it and has to be wiped off frequently. There is a sensor you can turn on for the fridge doors to open with placing your hand under the sensor and that is very handy for when I’m cooking and my hands may be dirty. All in all, I’m satisfied with this fridge and would recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator has so many amazing features. It is so far the best fridge we have ever owned. This fridge was able to fit perfectly in our home and did not need any modifications. First thing you notice about this fridge is the way it looks. The elegant black panel make this fridge stand out. It is so easy to clean. The 9-inch LCD screen is beautiful. There are several built in applications that Samsung has included in this AI packed fridge. Once you connect the device to Wi-Fi you can launch YouTube. You can control the sound, and the built-in speakers can get pretty loud. Now let me start with the top part of this fridge. With its auto open door it makes it so easy to open the fridge. You just have to gently tap on the sensors and the doors open. You do have to enable these feature on the system configuration window on the LCD screen. You can choose to auto open either side of the doors. On the left side of the top side of the French door fridge is the beverage center. The auto fill pitcher is included but please note that you have to enable the auto fill feature in the system settings. This feature is so convenient. Just imagine you have guests, and they want some cold water – you simply just remove the pitcher and fill their cups and once the pitcher is empty simply place it back in the beverage center and it auto fills itself. The middle drawer which Samsung calls it Flex zone drawer allows you to select about five different temperature settings. Also, these changes have to be done using the LCD screen. And now moving to the last drawer which is the freezer and ice maker. This is simply marvelous. You can now have not only regular size ice cubes but also tiny ice cubes. This is a game changer. Once again, you have to enable both these options of having the type of ice cubes on the LCD screen under system settings. We have been using this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for only couple of weeks but so far, I can tell you that in my opinion this is the best fridge you can purchase that not only is so sleek and modern but is so much spacious and ideal for any storage needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this fridge to replace our other Samsung Fridge that broke. Right away we could tell it was a huge improvement. The first thing is the AI Vision. It basically scans in and out food as you put it in the fridge and take it out. You can update expiration dates for the items as well and it alerts you when they are getting ready to expire. We were unsure if the family hub would be useful but so far we enjoy it. We leave little to do digital notes and look up recipes. Our little one loves that she can watch videos. We even linked our video doorbell to it. The freezer has a good amount of space but a large portion of it is taken up by the ice maker. Though it makes two different size ice cubes which is really great. The middle drawer is a flex zone. We are able to control the temperature for whatever we need to store in there. So far its mainly a drink drawer. The fridge itself is nice. We can move shelves around as needed. It is super bright and roomy. We love the motion sensing door openers. It took a little getting use to but now enjoy it. The beverage center in the door is great. We love having a full pitcher of ice cold water always ready. There is the press spout to that dipenses water. The pitcher is super useful though for filling up my water bottles or the coffee machine. Overall this fridge is really awesome and is a huge upgrade over our last. Everyday we figure out something a little more and like it more and more.

First the delivery was VIP experience. I didn’t have to lift a finger. My delivery went as smooth as possible setting up my refrigerator and when they left, it was ready to use. I began taking off all of the plastic protecting covering, and I was amazed at the design of my new Samsung refrigerator. The doors Are so sleep. The outside is made out of what looks like glass material. I’m loving the flex drawer. I use it for my children’s snacks and drinks. I love the built-in water dispenser and the water pitcher. I absolutely love the ability to access the water without fully opening the entire refrigerator. Getting into the AI technology of my refrigerator it lets me know when something is taken out or put in the refrigerator. I will say that this model and design is by far the best refrigerator that I’ve own.

The auto door open is a game changer. It's just convenient. The screen has many apps that are really useful. I mainly use youtube, timer, and ring doorbell. The AI feature is new to me, and I am learning it. It already helped me track many items, and I am adding more to it. Considering the interior, it does feel a lot spacious. The metal cooling loos more premium in person. The auto water feature is the most convenient feature, and we never run out of cold water, which helps for quick refills. I never thought that a single refrigeratorcan make a huge difference in my kitchen. It does feel a great premium upgrage with a lot of convenient features i use every day. I love it and also received compliments for it. Best purchase ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for a week now and I absolutely love it. The only thing is the ice maker is kind of slow to making ice. Granted, I use a lot of ice. Just giving it some time and seeing if this is normal or I have to see what’s wrong with it. Pretty cool to have the features on it like the photos of your food, opening the door by touch, and the touch screen. I would’ve liked a bigger screen like the older model they have. Overall, very nice and absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator with AI family hub and AI vision inside for 2 weeks now. I will admit that this is actually my 2nd model of the Bespoke 4-door French Door refrigerator. I had my former model until I just replaced it with this one. Truthfully, I never thought I'd replace my dream fridge! Simply upgrading it makes perfect sense My new model is with a Charcoal Glass top and Stainless Steel bottom panels. I have to say that the charcoal glass acts as a mirror and it definitely leaves fingerprints and smudges way more than the white panels I had on my last Bespoke fridge; however, it's gorgeous and worth the trade off!!! This has the 9" family hub screen with AI. I enjoy this feature, yet I realize I have a lot to learn before I tap into the myriad of functions it offers. The only thing I have to say about the AI camera inside is that I shut mine off for now. It seems like it could be fantastic; however, there's a learning curve to optimize its use and I just haven't had the time to figure it out yet. It's probably way simpler than I am anticipating, but I'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, I'm enjoying accessing many of the refrigerator settings directly through the family hub screen. Previously, I needed to see much of the info using the Smart Things app. I will note that I really enjoy the smart things app. I have numerous Samsung appliances, tvs and a sound bar and I can access all through the app (even remotely). One feature that might seem minimal, but I certainly appreciate is the one that reminds me weekly to clean the water pitcher. I, like many people, can forget that even a water pitcher will grow bacteria without regular cleaning. Anyway, this updated model has both the automatic filling pitcher, along with a water dispenser when you simply want to fill a glass. It also had the dual ice maker, which offers both cubed and bite size ice. Lastly, I'd be amiss if I didn't share about the flex drawer! I love this feature! A person can choose to set it as a freezer, use it for deli, set it for beverages, which means you're sodas or beer or whatever beverages you choose come out of that drawer ice cold (just shy of slushy). I have always used mine set to deli. I have found that when I keep all my meat, cheese and other miscellaneous items, my refrigerator has a massive capacity for all else! I really like having both crisper drawers to use for my fruit and veggies. I love that I can have both regular size ice and a “bite” sized ice simultaneously. It has really been a relief for my husband who used to have to go purchase a bag of ice for me to have for chewing. No more!!! It also makes ice at a great pace! Did I mention that there’s an ice scoop that is accessible to anyone who reaches for ice! I could go on and on; however, I will simply say I love the fabulous features offered in this new AI Bespoke Refrigerator!

When we received this fridge the door to get to the water pitcher would not open. For some reason it was jammed so I had to file a warranty request. The Insiders were great about setting it up for us which was completed in a timely manner. This fridge has a lot of storage in it. I like that it has the extra crisper shelf where you can store other food items. I wish that the display screen was bigger as it is hard to see certain items. I do like the AI camera that shows you the contents of the fridge and it also gives you suggestions of meals that you can cook with the items that you have in your fridge. Whenever you remove or put in an item in the fridge it takes a picture of it. There is a lot of storage in the fridge and in the freezer you have 2 different types of ice sizes that you can choose from. So far we have not had any other issues with this fridge. It is definitely a great investment for your kitchen.
