We love how we can open the fridge when our hands are full with just a senser below the doors. Easy to open. We love how we can get into the water (beverage center) without having to open the full refrigerator door. The fast-filling pitcher is a great selling point to this fridge, especially the fact that we can add fruits or mint to infuse the water. Having the two options of ice is another great feature about this fridge. It makes small cubes and large ones I love having an option. Another amazing feature to this fridge is the Ai capabilities it has to be able to show me what we are running low on in the fridge and what has been in there for a while. It helps us stay organized with all our perishable and nonperishable foods. This is also very easy to clean, which comes in handy when you have a lot of little hands going in to get food throughout the day. One of the best refrigerators I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I say that loving our new Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with AI in a “family affair”, because my mom turned me on to this fabulous appliance. I didn’t know it was even possible to be in love with an inanimate object, but that’s where I’m finding myself these days! I am an adult, single mom living downstairs in my parents walk out basement with my own daughter. My mom initially owned the previous Samsung Bespoke model (without the AI) and she would brag ALL the time about this refrigerator. After utilizing many of the functions, I began to understand what all the raving was about. She was able to have a self-filling filtered pitcher of water on hand all the time, she had bite size and regular size ice cubes a plenty and the massive size of this fridge was the best of all! She used the “flex drawer” for deli (meats, cheeses and miscellaneous); therefore she had a ton of room in the rest of the fridge to store everything else. She cooks as a way to show her love , so I can honestly say that this refrigerator’s large size was well used! Anyway, I don’t know that anyone was more surprised to hear she was replacing this fridge; especially since, it was only a few years old and in excellent condition! It all made sense though once I understood that she was not really changing, but simply upgrading her beloved fridge. Even better was the fact that my parents chose to give me the “old” one! I use it downstairs and I can’t even be jealous of her updated version; although I am eager to have the added features that she has with the AI and family hub! She hasn’t even tapped into the full potential offered by her new refrigerator’s AI abilities, but I would!!! It has a really cool AI camera that tracks everything that goes in or out of the fridge. It would be nice to be able to simply use the menu, label the type/name of food and enter its best by date. I would know at the click of a button, what is expiring, expired or simply know I need to pick up fresh while at the grocery store! It’s absolutely mind blowing the potential! Anyway, after living with apartment furnished refrigerators or hand me down fridges for all my adult life, I’m on top of the world now owning a Samsung Bespoke French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer! The next best thing will be owning this model with AI that I get to use occasionally now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start with this refrigerator. Samsung has done it again; this is the best one yet. I love this fridge. My favorite part of this fridge is the beverage center. I like that I don’t have to see the water dispenser and the ice outside of the refrigerator. It gives the fridge a clean slick appearance. I also like that it has dual ice make, but I don’t like that I can’t just put my cut in and get the ice, but this is just my preference not a deal breaker. I like the AI LCD screen, but wish it was bigger like the family hub, but at least I still get to see the same information just on a smaller level. The AI features definitely help with saving my family money, we are not wasteful because it scans the food and lets you know when the food is about to expire. The aesthetic of this fridge is amazing and sophisticated. I don’t know how Samsung does it, they keep getting better with each and every product they put out. I love the auto-open door, you just touch the door and it open. I like that very much. I like the Smart Thing apps that you can use in conjunction with the fridge. This thing is a beast. This thing makes your kitchen look like it is in a high-end gourmet kitchen. The bottom line is this thing is advanced and innovative

I love the customizable panels that blend seamlessly with my kitchen, and the interior is spacious, bright, and well organized. It keeps everything fresh and runs efficiently. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator has so many amazing features. It is so far the best fridge we have ever owned. This fridge was able to fit perfectly in our home and did not need any modifications. First thing you notice about this fridge is the way it looks. The elegant black panel make this fridge stand out. It is so easy to clean. The 9-inch LCD screen is beautiful. There are several built in applications that Samsung has included in this AI packed fridge. Once you connect the device to Wi-Fi you can launch YouTube. You can control the sound, and the built-in speakers can get pretty loud. Now let me start with the top part of this fridge. With its auto open door it makes it so easy to open the fridge. You just have to gently tap on the sensors and the doors open. You do have to enable these feature on the system configuration window on the LCD screen. You can choose to auto open either side of the doors. On the left side of the top side of the French door fridge is the beverage center. The auto fill pitcher is included but please note that you have to enable the auto fill feature in the system settings. This feature is so convenient. Just imagine you have guests, and they want some cold water – you simply just remove the pitcher and fill their cups and once the pitcher is empty simply place it back in the beverage center and it auto fills itself. The middle drawer which Samsung calls it Flex zone drawer allows you to select about five different temperature settings. Also, these changes have to be done using the LCD screen. And now moving to the last drawer which is the freezer and ice maker. This is simply marvelous. You can now have not only regular size ice cubes but also tiny ice cubes. This is a game changer. Once again, you have to enable both these options of having the type of ice cubes on the LCD screen under system settings. We have been using this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for only couple of weeks but so far, I can tell you that in my opinion this is the best fridge you can purchase that not only is so sleek and modern but is so much spacious and ideal for any storage needs.

Fridge does have a one touch door whcih is very convenient when you have your hands full. Cools well and has a nice beverage center with a pitcher for water. Dual ice maker offers nugget ice as well as cubed. Oh and the Screen is easy to connect with Bixby - have recipes near by for meal time. Easy to clean. Modern, stylish design to give your kitchen a new look.

The beverage center is super convenient with a nice size water container and dual ice maker to keep things nice and chill. Lots of storage space and really like the center Flex Zone pull out drawer. It's a great place for things that I want to access quickly without opening the entire fridge. An awesome feature is the touch door- hands full, no worries, one touch and it opens. Cools efficiently. Nice adjustable shlves and generous space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is definitely an upgrade from what I had! There are so many Smart features that make this useful. My son is in awe of being able to watch YouTube on the refrigerator but I’m impressed by the management of food that is captured by the camera in the fridge. It helps being able to know at a glance of the screen what’s in the refrigerator and the date it was placed in there. The beverage door is a nice addition; however, it took me a couple days to be able to open it on the first try. My son and I would both use the designated handle for the beverage door but it would open the entire door. We’ve figured out how to jiggle it a little to make sure just the beverage door opens. It should not be as difficult as it is! I like that the beverage center has a pitcher that can be autofilled with cold water and my son likes being able to use the spout to directly fill his glass. The dual ice maker is a neat feature but it took a couple days to actually work. I had to lower the temperature on the freezer for it to begin making ice. It’s nice to have two different sized ice depending on what drink is being had or which container is being used. The FlexZone drawer is nice. Right now, I’m storing bread in there but could also see it being used for other items that may not need the same temperature as the refrigerator or freezer, since the temperature for the drawer can be adjusted. With the Twin Cooling Plus and Metal Cooling technologies, I’m sure that is why my food tastes much fresher. My son noticed that the carrots were much crisper than usual. There are still many features that I’m discovering with the LCD display screen. I still have yet to discover the recipes from the items in my fridge but that is going to helpful to try out new recipes. The screen and black doors around it does get fingerprints easily on it and has to be wiped off frequently. There is a sensor you can turn on for the fridge doors to open with placing your hand under the sensor and that is very handy for when I’m cooking and my hands may be dirty. All in all, I’m satisfied with this fridge and would recommend it to others.

This is a very nice looking refrigerator but if I was to buy it again, I would have skipped one with AI Vision (i've now turned this off). The photo quality looks like it's from 2000, the resolution is insanely low on them and half the time you can't even tell what it is. This isn't specific to the pictures it takes when you add/remove something which is a whole other issue (I have 8 pictures of milk from all different angles). Back to the camera, even using the Smart Thing App to look at the door storage you can barely tell what you are looking at. Another issue I have is the dual ice maker. While I appreciate having so much ice, I honestly don't see the point of having 2 sizes of the same type of ice. The larger ice is pretty small to begin with. They should have made the "ice bites" crunchy ice like at some restaurants; extra small ice pellets really serve no purpose. My last complaint is the auto-open doors which I've also turned off, first of all the doors only open 3/4 of the way and by the time they do open you could have easily just opened them fully by hand. It's also annoying that when you do go to open them by hand the auto-door tends to activate at the same time. With the above issues out of the way, this refrigerator isn't a total bust. The Beverage center is awesome and love the auto-fill putcher. Also, the amount of space in this frig is crazy. The AI Home screen is decent and as a Samsung phone/tablet family its fits right in and works well.
