Solid basic generator. Priced reasonably. Have started and ran three times without incident. Would suggest to Champion that this basic model come from the factory with a wheel kit installed. At just over 100 pounds it is definitely needed. Based on my personal experience, if asked, would recommend, with the note that it does not come with wheels.

I bought this product for emergency power outage. Have not had to use the product yet, hope not to have to, I have started it after purchase but didn't plug anything in to it yet. Would have been better if the wheels had come with it but was able to fit wheel coasters on it. Satisfied with it at this point. "#sweepstakes"

I use this generator to power my camper, and for emergencies my house. I like the dual fuel and the cold weather start. It is a little noisy but that's what my neighbors say lol. I really like this machine, and would recommend it to power all your needs.

In this island, it is imperative to have alternate sources of power, as the electric grid in PR is outdated, mismanaged and monopolized. Having a generator is a must, if you can't afford solar, and having the dual fuel option was a huge plus, and pretty much the deciding factor in acquiring this unit. The sound produced by the running generator is not too loud, which is great.

I bought this generator in case of a power outage. I have only had it for a few weeks so I can't say how it will hold up over time. I tested it out for about 30 minutes on both gas and propane. It was a little difficult to start the first time on both fuel types. Hopefully, it will fire right up when I really need it. I deducted one star because it did not come with any oil for the engine. I had to make another trip back to the store to get oil. Also, it should come with wheels already on it because it's too heavy to pick up and move around. I have a wheel kit ordered and on the way. I am impressed by the quality and functionality of this generator. As a dual-fuel model, it's very easy to switch between gas and propane - just a turn of a switch. It's perfect for keeping the house going in the event of a power outage. I can keep the fridge going along with some essential lighting, internet and computer. The price was very competitive with other brands.

I'm a solo female RVer and I bought this to use while boon docking. Setup was easy and it started right up. It was a little loud but I expected that. I wish I would have paid a little more to get the electronic start but oh well. I do plan on purchasing the wheel attachment as it is quite heavy for me to move around. Overall I'm pleased with the dual fuel generator.

This Generator worked great till I changed the oil at 5 hours as per the manual, the oil looked like gray metal flake paint I contacted Champion about it and some of the feedback from them said they were worried about it. Then I a email from Tech Support about this and this person said it was normal he said that's why the recommend changing the oil at 5 house as the piston rings are wearing inside the cylinders this does not sound very good as I am a 50 plus Auto 'Tech and it is against everything know about this?

Used this generator on both gasoline and propane this year at our deer camp. Engine starts great and this generator has the proper voltage and hertz output according to my meter, which was an added surprise. I ordered the wheel and tow handle set and the generator is easy to move around using only one hand. Great generator for the price, but I actually believe it is worth more than the price. It starts and works perfect.

This is my second champion generator I've purchased. My first one was electric start,this one is manual pull start. I bought the second one for back up power at the house. Both have been exactly what I've expected. Straight out of the box ,after adding oil, they have performed perfectly. I bought these duel fuel because they run on propane which is my preferred fuel and the gas fuelis just a back up. I would highly recommend Champion generators for their ease of operation and the reliability. I've never had any issues with their products.
