Set up is well documented and easy to follow. All locations of connectors, switches as well as capacity facts of all components , well done. Ran it for a test run but have not put it to the test running home appliances during a power failure. A bit noisey .

This is the first generator I have ever owned. The instructions were clear to follow to get the system up and running. Easy to start and the noise level is great. Wonderful entry level for needs when the power goes out. Look forward to getting good use out of the generator.

Bought this as a BU for basic items like refrigerator during power outages. Straight out of the box, added oil and fuel and it started on half of an easy pull and was purring like a kitten. Has started 1st pull every time, runs quiet, powers multiple items with no worries. Have also used it to power my 30 amp welder to avoid having to run on home power, again no problem.

I followed the instructions included in the package (quick instructions and the full instructions as well) and could not get the generator started. I called phone support and the support guy just said to put more oil in then put me on hold for a long time. While on hold I figured out part of the problem was there are levers behind the gas selector that need to be turned to on. This was not very clear in the instructions. Also, he advised me on how to use the gas selector, which is the opposite of how it appears. Also, he had to explain better which positions are for what on the choke as they are also not clear. Eventually, I got the generator working, but better instructions and labeling would have made it much easier.

Needed to get a generator for backup as we had an ice storm on the way plus we have tornados!. I work from home, so need to have my systems up in case of outage, and also for medical treatment backup. Picked this up and unboxed right away and so far very happy. Started right up and then setup my cables to connect to home lines. Works great!

Bought this generator about a month ago now and it opened it up and started using it a day or two ago and works absolutely beautifuly. Very low noise for a generator and the RV plug is super convienient. I will recommend anyone with an RV especially to pick one of these up.

I bought this generator to utilize around the ranch and also when we boondock our RV. The dual-fuel option is very important as well. While we haven't had this generator very long, we are very impressed with it so far. The packaging was very sturdy, the price was great, and the starting is very easy even though it isn't an electric start. I'll write another review after we've put it through some tougher demands. I would definitely recommend this model generator!

This is a solid generator. We picked it up during an outage. The price is great for a dual fuel generator. It gave me solid power. On the negative side - it is pretty heavy to move around without wheels (probably why the cost was so low) And the hookups are more conducive to an RV setup than anything else. Overall I'm glad I got it, and it has served us well.

I use this as back-up power for a pellet stove and lighting at my cabin. I don't need a lot of power, but wanted to make sure I would have what I need, and this generator fits my needs. I wasn't too worried about the noise of the generator, but I was surprised how quiet it is compared to other generators I have had. I looked around for quite a while before I decided to purchase this generator, and so far I am pleases with my choice.

We bought this generator mainly because of the Dual Fuel capability and the price. We have had multiple issues with being without power c/o storm damage recently. Spent over a week without power this past winter, terrible situation. Smaller generator could not handle the demands, and was continuously running out of gas and oil. This one was great. It was quiet and had the abilities to power the fridge, several fans, a small window ac unit, along with our tv, cable and phone charger !! The dual fuel capability was so useful and easy to use.
