So far, this generated seems perfect for what I purchased it for. no assembly required. It did start right out of the box after putting the oil and gasoline in. I have not tried it with propane yet, so I can't say anything about that function. I purchased it to use in case of a power outage. I like that it has the dual fuel function. It seems very reasonably priced for the dual fuel function.

We use the generator for emergency power during power outages. While it can run on gasoline it's great to have the dual fuel feature to keep you going without having to store gas. It was easy to set up and start running. It's great for keeping the lights on and the refrigerator going as well. It would be awesome if they made a rolling cart specifically designed to move around and easily slide off when running to be stable on flat ground. Plus when we go camping it's RV ready! Bought this generator for emergency back-up power. Tested both gas and propane when I first got it and it ran great. Needed it for power outage last night and it would not start on propane but ran great on gas. Ran for several hours powering window A/C unit and several lamps. Contacted customer service today about propane issue. Rep said it sounded like a propane regulator issue, so she shipped me a new regulator, no charge, no questions asked. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time.

We were hit with record breaking straight line winds. The power was out for days. My Champion Duel Fuel was still in the box, never tested. I hooked it up to regular 20 lb. LP bottles, and fired it up. I worked like a dream. 13+ hours per bottle, and I was easily able to keep up. It easily handled all of my freezers, refrigerators, lights, fans, water heater, and even a blow dryer for the week. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It was a life saver.

I use it for backup power during power outages for refrigerator and freezer. It actually sat in the box for a year before I used it. So far, I have only used it with propane, as I hate draining gasoline when the unit is stored for a long time. A major factor in purchasing the unit was its multi-fuel capability. The unit started right away after I filled it with the provided oil (which was a plus). I thought the on/off switch was broken until I read the instructions that explained the switch does not stop the engine when on propane. I am fully satisfied with the unit. The only complaint I have is that it is a little noisy.

I got this generator for camping and outages, and it has done great for both. I was able to run it during a few power outages and keep the lights on and the fans running to keep my family cool. I also have used it for camping at the racetrack with no power. It does great! It ran the 15K BTU AC unit and everything else we threw at it.

This is a very good generator to use for back-up power at the cottage. I especially like the dual fuel option. When I need it I just hook up an LP tank and it starts right away. When done just shut off the LP gas and put the unit away till next time. No worry about draining gas or additives. One thing that could be improved on is location of oil fill cap. It is at a bad angle at its current location for filling.

We bought this for emergency situations and luckily have not had to use it for such. We have tested it and it seems to be great with both gas and LPG. It started right up and ran consistent. We added the handle and wheel kit which makes it super mobile.

Lost power for several days after hurricane Ida. This little guy more than held his own. I ran my refrigerator, a couple fans, a TV, and often subbed in a microwave and laptop without any issues. Very good feel when it started the first pull out the box.

We purchased this unit after Ian devastated the Cape. Our home was spared with little damage however we didn't have power for over a week. This little guy had enough power to keep us cool with fans and not only our refrigerator but our neighbor's as well. We didn't need to use the propane as we did find enough fuel to keep it going. After running it that long I did change the oil and fogged it prior to putting it away. I just fired it up 6 months later and no problems at all. Hopefully it won't be needed this hurricane season.
