We bought this generator mainly because of the Dual Fuel capability and the price. When we got it home we set it up right away with the LPG hose to ensure that part of it worked properly as we have always had straight gasoline generators however when Hurricane Irma rolled through Central Florida last year you couldn't find any gas available within and hour and 15 minute drive so our generator was useless after we ran out of gas. We hooked this one up to a full propane tank and it started on the 2nd pull. It ran quitely and powered our fridge, a fan, a small window ac unit, tv, dvd and phone charger !! I am beyond happy with this purchase, so much so that we went and bought 2 more the next day, 1 for my mom and 1 for our neighbors. I would have liked to have an electric start but I'm still 100% satisfied with it so far.

I purchased the generator before Hurricane Ida but, sadly, it did not arrive until a month and a half later. I ran a test run and found it east to set up and move, even without any wheels. It was loud but that's not a deal killer. They even provided a bottle of oil. Thanks!

This generator is super easy to use and start. Have already used it several times and it starts quickly. Definitely will be using for hunting trips. Just purchased wheels and a handle and this was definitely worth the purchase. I can easily take it anywhere.

The Champion model: #100524 is one of the best generators I have owned or used on the job. I have used the big name generators & many generics at home and on the job, Champion is hands down one of the best. Out of the five generators I own four of them are Champions. Champion's Support is absolutely bar none the best.

The initial setup was a breeze. Using the instructions, I added the oil as required and followed all instructions prior to starting the generator. It started on the first pull, then stopped. After reading more instructions about starting, I realized I forgot to move the throttle to the correct position. Once the throttle was corrected, it started immediately. It was louder than I thought it would be. I let it run for about 2 minutes before plugging my RV Trailer into it. Once connected, I proceeded to turn on all the lights - a total of 22. Then turned on the refrigerator, then turned on the heater. Everything worked with no strain on the power source whatsoever. Waited about 5 minutes, then put some microwave popcorn into the microwave and started it. There was no dimming of the lights. The generator did ramp up to generate the power needed. While everything was on, I check the status of my RV's battery - which indicated 100%. Then I turned on the TV and again no dimming of the lights. This is a great generator with a dual fuel source. The next day, I did the same thing, and no problems with the power source and no dimming of the lights. Now I'm 5 hours into running the generator. I turned it off, drained the oil using the screw facing you directly under the yellow oil filler screw. Added the .6 liters of Mobil 1 5W30 Full Synthetic Oil. Keep in mind, you might need to elevate the generator to have enough room to drain the oil because it is at the bottom. Checked to ensure the oil was filled to the correct level and restarted the generator. Everything worked as before. I made sure I ran the generator for a total of 5 hours to ensure the break-in cycle was completed before changing the oil. It is heavier than I thought, seeing I have to move it by myself. But it is worth all the effort required to move it. I purchased a funnel to use when pouring the gasoline into the tank. Otherwise, you'll be wiping gasoline from the top and side of the fuel tan

I bought this just before losing power from hurricane Idalia. It's the perfect size to run my fridge, freezer, and numerous small electronics to stay comfortable until we get power back. I'm operating it with less than 50% load so it actually lasts longer than the advertised 9 hours on a full tank of gas. It's very easy to start up and use. I'm very satisfied with the quality, reliability, and ease of use.

I decided to use propane for hopefully let carburetor problems in the future. The slide over to cover gas fuel controls was a little confusing at first along with no real understanding of which direction indicated 75% of choke. Once I had an idea of these the generator started pretty easily.

Just purchased for a our 30 amp travel trailer. Have not used under full load yet, but received it, added recommended oil and follow instructions on startup using LP. Started up easily and runs smooth and fairly quiet. Looking forward to using it as needed. So far soo good and seems to be a Great Product offered at a great value!

We recently purchased this generator because we frequently lose power in our area due to severe storms and winter weather. This is a great product to help keep the basics moving during a power outage. It can keep food in the fridge cold, make coffee, TV or entertainment for the family.

Houston Tx just recently went through one of the hardest freezes ever. Snow, sleet, ice, no power, no water, you name it, we went through it. This generator worked wonders for keeping us heated at night, phones and tableta charged and every now and again the TV going to watch the news. I highly recommend this product and will buy 2 more in the near future. A handheld portable one and a bigger one for the house.
