Just purchased for a our 30 amp travel trailer. Have not used under full load yet, but received it, added recommended oil and follow instructions on startup using LP. Started up easily and runs smooth and fairly quiet. Looking forward to using it as needed. So far soo good and seems to be a Great Product offered at a great value!

Living in California you know your power is going to be shut off. My wife finally convinced me to buy a portable generator. After intensive review of all the product I chose this model for it's dual fuel capability, power output, and good reviews. I also got it at a good price. After 14 months of living in the garage, I finally got to use it! I chose to use propane for the fuel since it feels safer and easier. (No draining gasoline from the tank required for storage.) Super easy to start. Replaced oil after 5 hours. Ran it for 8 hours total. Noisy, but that's expected. Power output seemed adequate to run my Subzero, but if I put more load on the system, electronics on SubZero didn't like it. It didn't break anything, and it seemed to still be powering the compressor, but display output for controller was not correct. Still glad we saved our food in the frig!

This is the second Champion generator I have bought. I picked this generator up to power my 32' travel trailer. It has more than enough power to operate the AC, refrigerator, TV and charge batteries. It's a little on the loud side for my liking, but I am working on building a sound dampening enclosure to help with that. I have NEVER had an issue with Champion products, they are dependable and durable.

I have a small generator, not really big enough for powering my home when the power goes out. I live in a rural area, so a power outage can mean going without power for days. I purchased this generator to accommodate my electrical needs during an outage. I really like the fact that this generator is dual fuel, and seems to handle the power load from my home on propane with ease. I only ran the necessities while using this generator, but it performed spectacularly, thanks champion!!!!

While not as quiet as the Honda series I was considering for our camper the better price point (60% cheaper) and option to use propane or gas made this a generator a hands down winner. Next up is a transfer switch to wire it into the house for storm backup. This is also lighter than a similar style generator family members have. I do wish the included propane hose was longer, and that wheels were shipped with it, but that is by no means a deal breaker!

I purchased my Champion 3500W dual fuel model 100401 generator on a Saturday and put it to immediate use the following Sunday. Put oil and gas in and it started right up on first try. Powered up all my power tools and of course my radio. Use it for backup power at home plan on using it for tailgate parties. Seems to be sturdy and well built and fairly easy to relocate with 2 people although I can move it by myself if necessary. Dual fuel is also a great feature. Overall a highly recommended product.

Assembly (adding a wheel kit) was easy. Make sure to buy oil, it does not come with oil. Starts right up. No power outage now so I tested it out on my deep freeze and water heater exhaust fan, ran both no problem. Won't ever have to worry about storms again! For its size and capacity, it will be easy to take camping. The dual fuel option is my favorite, I'll use it with just propane and will then never have to worry about a plugged-up carburetor.

We bought this after reading other reviews and I love that it is a dual generator. The instructions for set-up were super easy that my wife did it and we also bought the wheels which were also easy to add on. Once it was started we noticed it was not loud like some others. Once the wheels were put on it was super easy to roll around. I am recommending this to everyone! Great buy, great deal & great product!

Just purchased this item and it came with a funnel and engine oil also. Instructions were easy and after filling the oil, and put gas in it the generator fired right up on the second pull. (Figured it needed to the 2 pull to get fuel through the card). Not as load as generators of the past either. Only complaint is that it didn't come with wheels and front leg supports.

Used it for the power outage. It supplied power to 2 freezers,fridge,coffee pot,computers and tv's,and a few lights. Was even able to run the microwave at times. A good value for the cost. And the dual fuel is a plus. Only drawback is no wheels,but not hard to make a wheeled cart for it.
