Very satisfied with model#100401 3500W Dual Fuel Generator and alot easier to move with the wheel kit, purchased separately. It started on 1st pull, we will be using it for power outages, as I live out in a heavily wooded area. Excited about the "#sweepstakes" and a chance to win $1,000.

Solid basic generator. Priced reasonably. Have started and ran three times without incident. Would suggest to Champion that this basic model come from the factory with a wheel kit installed. At just over 100 pounds it is definitely needed. Based on my personal experience, if asked, would recommend, with the note that it does not come with wheels.

Got it ready for Hurricane Ian. At first I could not get it to run more than a minute. I contacted Champion and got a great guy who explained to keep adding oil until I could see it hitting the threads of the dip stick area. Luckily hurricane stopped short of my area.

Immediately after un-boxing this unit, I filled the crankcase with oil, connected a propane tank, set the choke, pulled the starter cord twice and it started. I let it run a couple hours with some electrical devices connected. The unit performed just fine. I have plenty of full propane tanks. I'm thinking of not even using gasoline unless totally necessary.

The generator runs great….. very happy with it. But there was a casting on one of the motor mounts that was broke. The machine was packed very well so in order for the piece to break someone must have dropped it a considerable distance. When I started it, the motor barely vibrates so I made a piece to replace the broken casting instead of returning the machine.

I use this generator 3 to 5 times a week in a food trailer. I LOVE that it is dual fuel. I thought that using propane wouldn't be very efficient but I was WRONG! This little generator has NO problems powering all my equipment. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Work great during the Puerto Rico power outage we had. Easy to turn on. Very good duration. Able to connect my pump to it. My refrigerator and lights that I needed. I did not expect to use it until hurricane season but with the outage that we confronted it it did his job. Very happy with it. I would recommend it.

This generator ran our propane furnace and essential appliances while we had a 12 hour power outage with negative 45 temps. Ran all night without breaking a sweat . We have become loyal Champion customers for life!! Thank you Champion for building a solid, and reliable generator.

e got this to use for our travel trailer in some remote areas ( no hookups). After unpacking and adding oil. I decided to try it out on Propane. Following the directions exactly, it started on the third pull. After several hours of running time so far, it starts at two or three pulls. We have decided to run it on Propane when camping. Just easier and less of a mess that way. It runs the 13,000 btu air conditioner just fine. also the microwave just not at the same time. That was what we expected for one this size. We can run the air and tv and lights all at the same time. It runs quieter than I thought it would.

I use this as an emergency back-up for power outage. When purchased, I was please to see the (relatively) low decibel rating. After starting, I noticed the "**" indicating the reading was taken from 25 or 50 feet away. I am also concerned about the 1st oil change. The plug is way under the machine. A special funnel is provided so that you can add oil.
