I use this generator for camping, construction projects and power outages. It provides good stable output and is not obnoxiously loud as was my last generator. I can handle the generator without wheels but the addition of wheels would make it even handier.

Great product. Had to run around town to find the wheel kit. Wanted to add the wheels prior to filling with oil. A bit hard to move around without them. Started 3rd pull on propane out of the box. Hopefully no problems with the carb like so many newer complient products.

After hurricane Ida my home was without power for 10 days, in which I returned home with this generator for the last five. I added oil and gas and to my surprise it started on the first pull. We ran a refrigerator, two fans, charged a laptop swapped out a microwave, coffee maker, and tower light as needed. Never had any problems. Was mindful to stay within the designed watts recommendation.

Full time RV use. Used in conjunction with a solar system. It runs everything in my travel trailer at the same time. I'm holding out on 5 stars because the last Champion generator that I owned quit after a few months. I'll need more experience with this one before recommending it to a friend.

Going to use with my fifth wheel camper, borrowed a Champion generator from a friend while boondocking in Colorado, unit ran flawlessly for a week. Filled unit at 10 PM was still running at 6AM., filled unit with gas, ran til I filled with gas before calling it a night. So I bought this one to have incase I have to boondock while on my trip. Bought a Buffalo Tools generator just for the upcoming ice storm as we always lose power, and my 20+ year old gas unit had bit the dust. Opened the box and found damaged/loose plastic pieces in the bottom which their service team helped instruct me how to put back together. Then the unit wouldn't even run. Piece of trash, am taking it back for a refund. With the storm hitting later that night, I searched online and found this Champion unit in stock locally. Based on great reviews (and only last minute option I had), I bought it, and within 30 minutes it was up and running perfectly. Don't make the same mistake I did - buy Champion,

Hurricane preparation and aftermath. Occasional camping and tailgating trips. Its not like you spend a grand to put up on a shelf for 9-11 months out of the year. Its easier to justify the expense and can run all your essentials. Just right for what I was looking for.

Used for power outages. Started great on LP, won't use gas unless I have to but it's there if I need it. Not as loud as I expected. Manageable weight but will get a wheel kit to make it easy to move. Seems to have a lot of proprietary parts on it. Will be hard to source parts when it does finally need repair. Still like it, think it will do well for the purpose.

Bought to power things during an ice storm power outage for 5 days. Ran it on gasoline and was able at first to power two space heaters, our fridge, freezer and chargers. Finally figured out how to run the gas furnace instead of the heaters by making a jumper from ground to neutral. Had it setting on the back porch and could just barely hear it indoors.
