I honestly though when I saw the price for this generator that is was a mistake. After being without power for 5 days after hurricane Irma I was in the market for a reliable generator for future use if needed. This unit offers up everything you will need. It runs on gas and or Propane which is a great option to have. Electric start and easy function panel. Save a few bucks and trust a Champion Power Generator! You won't regret it.

This is not the biggest generator on the market, but for the size and value, it's perfect for keeping essentials powered up in case of power failure or emergency. Last year, we were without power for a few days and besides the constant inconveniences, we also lost hundreds of dollars in food from our refrigerator and freezer, never again. Love that it runs on either gas or propane, I can never predict how much gas I'll have on hand with always using it in mowers, etc but it's easy to keep a full propane cylinder on hand to make sure we can keep power on for hours until we can fill up gas cans.

Just purchased based on reviews and the fact it had dual fuel ability. Was great it included the connector to propane and oil along with a manual, I did t have to download online. It was at a great price. Needed to upgrade to larger watt generator, this had such good reviews and price couldn't pass it up.

Have had my Champion for several years now. Has worked great, starts first time every time. But, tried using it on a RV trip several weeks ago and wish it was quieter. Had the generator on a cargo rack at the rear of the RV and it was to noisy to use at night when trying to sleep.

Generator is newly purchased but I've tried and tested it for the coming winter. It runs a 1HP air compressor and assorted hand tools and doesn't sound as though it's straining at all. This generator is as quiet as advertised, is easy to start (initial start took 2 pulls), and runs equally smooth on LP gas or gasoline. The carton and packing were substantial and the included manual and other information were thorough and user friendly. The included container of oil was a handy item as was a funnel to pour the oil into the engine. Without this funnel it would be difficult to put oil in. The information package includes a 'fast start-up' sheet which helps for the initial operation. With less than 4 hours on this generator, I don't have any complaints or gripes at this point. It starts easy, runs smooth and handles the loads I need it to. As an added bonus, it's a good looking piece of equipment and the cost is very affordable. Just yesterday, I bought a wheel kit which is a 'must-have' if you're going to move the generator any amount. It's difficult to move around without wheels but the wheel kit solved that problem. I would recommend this Champion generator for small to medium-heavy loads and would buy another one if needed.

I used it to power tools on jobsite, used it to power a RV trailer , works great, easy on fuel. bad part is the spring broke on the pull starter after the 5 time I used the generator. now gas is leaking from the bottom of the carburetor. it runs great, powers great, but some of the parts may need improvemnt.

I have always wanted a dual fuel generator and found one in the store today. I will use it to help for emergencies and future camping. I used propane to test it out. It started after the second pull and it ran surprisingly quiet. It's a lot better product than another brand gas powered one it replaced. It has easy directions to follow, good price and I am very happy to own it!

The nice thing about this generator is it's rv ready. It will operate on both gasoline or propane making it very versatile. It is fairly light weight and a small footprint. I would recommend this generator to anyone looking for a dependable power source for their rv.

We purchased this duel fuel generator to run refrigerators and freezers when power is off, I trust the Champion generator to get us through any black out or emergency when the power is lost!

We use this generator year around. We live in a small town and the electricity goes out a lot during the summer and winter months and having this generator to run our rv so we stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter is a blessing. Definitely would recommend these generators to others.
