Will use as a supplemental power source during outages. Using propane during the break in and plan to continue to use propane as my fuel of choice, eliminates fouled carbs from stale gas. Runs more quiet than anticipated and starts easily. Added a wheel set, for it is heavy to move without, moves easily now.

I did a lot of research before buying. Overall, on several sites, the Champion was listed as a great product. I bought this one because I wanted the propane fuel option. I use this generator 3 to 5 times a week in a food trailer. I LOVE that it is dual fuel. I thought that using propane wouldn't be very efficient but I was WRONG! This little generator has NO problems powering all my equipment. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Great little generator. Runs the A/C in my trailer with power to spare. Works very well on propane. I have not put any gasoline in the tank, yet. I would like it to be a little quieter, but for the money, I think it is very hard to beat. #sweepstakes

I purchased my generator for the main convenience of the propane, which I like best. I have a small RV and my new Champion has performed very well. I am impressed with the performance using several thing's in the RV at one time, and the generator worked great. At our altitude of almost 6,500 ft high, reading the manual, stating every 1000 ft may interfere with the performance, but no problem. I purchased the generator for the fact that in the winter here in CO, have had my electric go out many hrs, this way I am prepared for next electrical outage also. Great feeling when one is older and lives alone, I now feel secure with owning my new Champion...thank You!

Bought because of duel fuel option. you can get propane when you can't pump gas. This thing was surprising right out of the box. filled with oil and with gas. pulled it one time and it started right up. Never quit until power came back on and I turned it off. Good enough for me. Good value for the money and easy setup.

Work great during the Puerto Rico power outage we had. Easy to turn on. Very good duration. Able to connect my pump to it. My refrigerator and lights that I needed. I did not expect to use it until hurricane season but with the outage that we confronted it it did his job. Very happy with it. I would recommend it.

We live in a rural part of southeast Oklahoma. Bought this last month and I have already used it. We live in an RV while fixing up the house on 5 acres. It has plenty of power to run are entire RV. It's been over 100 degrees and the AC is a must. It powered our entire RV with everything running. It's actually a life and death situation here if we didn't have the generator. We used propane and it started right up!! And then I use the gas feature while using it on remote parts of the acreage. But I have one big complaint!!! I haven't received my shirt yet!!! Maybe they are out of XXL sizes, I'm not sure. I would recommend this to anyone for emergencies or everyday use where it's to far for extension cords.

I spent an amazing amount of time (a lot more then I should have) researching generators so that I could power up our camper. With so many out there to choose from, all claiming to be the best, it seemed rather daunting. What I knew for sure is that it had to be quite enough around other camping neighbors, and enough power to run the 15K air conditioner. After comparing hundreds of reviews, pricing and power options, I opted for the Champion. I followed the set up instructions and breaking in. Started up right away, tried it on the camper, no problems. Took it out on the long weekend no issues. I've only used it via propane, which was my preferred fuel choice. I did buy the wheel kit as it was a bit awkward picking it up to move around, as well as the storm cover kit which went on fairly easy. Haven't had a chance to use that yet. With the price and other people's comments going over several years, I'm pretty satisfied this should go the distance.

I am in Louisiana and here a generator is as essential as a coffee pot. Last year I bought a competitor's generator and it was a nightmare... Firman. The Firman product failed after 3 days and there were no Fedex deliveries w new parts or shops open... I had a dead generator so choose wisely. My neighbor bought this brand of generator and it ran for the entire time that we were without electricity while I cooked in the heat. I really wanted an inverter but this will do me for now and the price was great compared to everything else on the market. I paid 3x as much for the competitor's model. My judgement won't be final until I get it out, fire it up and use it under desperate conditions and actually call the company for help if I need it. This was a quality that I really needed last year and the competitor didn't come through for me.
