Water leaked from day 1. I really wanted this to work so I could save on counter space. The entire water tank leaked out on my counter and continued to do so every time I filled it back up. Very disappointed.

Worst maker I tried out of the 5 others. Returned immediately. Directions in box were misleading, engineering design awkward, and no ergonomics! Horrible!

This is such compact functional coffee center. It has 5 functions, carafe coffee, pods, expresso, froth, and hot water for tea or soup. I cannot say enough good things about this machine.

Makes a great cup of coffee, espresso, or tea! However, the steam wand drips after cleaning immediately after making foamed milk. I come back to a sticky mess at times later in the day.

This is such a great coffeemaker, makes a wonderful cup of coffee. So nice to have all the options in one machine, freed up some of my counter space. Still learning some of its features, but that’s a fun process! So happy with my purchase!

This far everything is working great. Would like to see some changes, though. The steam stem sit a little low. Works fine sitting sideways on my pod storage base.

After one week the base under coffee pot was damaged from overflow of coffee grinds. This is from using my usual amount of coffee that I have always used. Never had this problem with my Ninja coffee maker that I had 3 years.

Within a month the K-cup/espresso/steam wand section stopped working. Nothing to do with a clogged needle or being dirty. Bought in May ‘23 and stopped working June ‘23. Great idea, terrible build.
