Machine works as expected and is versatile. POD operation is a little noisy but I don’t need my k cup machine to have a silence mode so no detriment on my experience.

It is a good coffee maker. The only negatives would be pod holder doen not work with standard reusable pods, you have to buy a Cuisinart reusable pod. Also ot would be nice to be able to make a double espresso. Otherwise we like it a lot!

This is the best coffee maker we've every owned. Not sure why others have a problem with it, it works perfectly. It is not silent when making a Keurig or a Nespresso pod, but I've never have seen any unit that is.

Really great for combo use coffee maker. I like that you can buy the reusable k-cup so you can make your own with less waste. The pot is great for multiple people with the kcup/espresso great for coffee to go.

Coffee carafe side worked fine but the expresso side would not function. Lid to the unit would not open when the brew cycle was completed. No expresso was brewed, just a lot of noise. Very disappointing.

Gave to wife as gift, she loves it and considers it amazing and fun to make all the different types of brews. We highly recommend it and are very pleased so far.

Good looking and versatile machine and works as advertised so far. The K cup function warms up faster than a Kueric but takes much longer to dispense. It’s also louder than I would like. Outside of that no complaints so far.

I love this machine. It replaces my Nespresso and regular coffee maker. I was a little intimidated at first but it is actually easy to use. I’m new to the KCups but now I really enjoy the ease of using them.

Was waiting for this combination of coffee pot, keurig pods and nespresso pods before purchasing another device and it’s surpassed my expectations. I was able to downsize 3 machines into this one fantastic product.
