Fits Perfectly

Loving the options the Cuisinart Barista 4 in 1 Coffee Maker offers. It is easy to use. And great for 12 cups or 1 espresso. I have been looking for something that would fit in a smaller space but do it all, and this one fits perfectly!

Does everything!

Was in need of a new coffee pot to replace my aging Cuisinart coffee maker/hot water dispenser. I like this machine because it does practically everything I need! The machine dispenses hot water for tea or steam to foam milk, it'll make a Keurig cup of coffee (this machine replaces my newly purchased keurig) as well as an espresso with the Nespresso pods, and the regular pot of coffee (12 cup). The only two negatives for me is the Kcup dispenses max 10 oz (my previous Keurig dispensed 12 oz) and there's quite a bit of “splash effect” from the Kcup dispenser if you don't use the small shelf/cup holder. Putting a spoon in the cup as the coffee dispenses helps keep the mess at bay. The positives of this coffee maker outweigh the negatives for sure! Great price compared to competitors and this machine stands up to the Cuisinart reputation. So far I have been very impressed and would highly recommend!

Awesome machine

I have been on the hunt for a coffee maker that has multiple functions. This is honestly THE BEST machine I have ever owned. The coffee is by far the best tasting brewed in this. I've used the same pods in multiple machines but the Barista Bar 4 in 1 creates the best flavor of any machine I've used. It also brews it hotter which I love too.

Everything as advertised

So far, this coffee maker is everything they advertise it as. The drip coffee maker side works great, just like our old Cuisinart coffee maker, and the Keurig/Nespresso side functions great with either type of pod. The directions are pretty easy, considering it is a multi-functioning machine. The steam wand works great, after a few learning attempts. My wife and I both enjoy the versatility of being able to enjoy a drip pot or an espresso drink whenever we want.

Your next Coffee Break at the Barista Bar

Long-time brand loyal customer of Cuisinart products so I knew this Barista Bar was worth it to purchase. Easy to use and as usual, a great Cuisinart item.

Coffee in The AM

This stylish machine replaced two separate coffeemakers on my kitchen counters! I can choose an express brew one cup at a time or drip style brewed into the caraif to share with others! Oh yes, and steamed milk for that extra touch!

Why I can't give this 5 stars

All of the functions of this coffee maker do what they're supposed to do. Single serve coffee, espresso and pots of coffee. My big problem with this machine is the terrible instructions. Nowhere do they explain how many times you need to push the on/off button to get the brewer to start making a pot of coffee (it's 2) and nowhere do they explain that you need to push the on/off button twice to turn the hot plate off. The first time I used it I ended up having to unplug the entire pot to get it to stop! I am a college educated person - it shouldn't be this hard to write clear, concise instructions for a pot like this.

Good but not great!

Coffee Center Barista Bar 4-in-1. Trying this to lessen the number of coffee machines we have. It's pretty decent. Coffee pot mechanism is good. POD selection has a max of 10oz I stress of 12oz like other Keurig machines. Elevated shelf bracket to raise small cups under pod/espresso side is awkward. Makes it difficult to place a standard coffee cup under due to pushing it out. Round recessed tray Al bottom also does not accommodate standard coffee cup. Also charcoal filter does not appear to be the standard size that all machines use. Functions as it's supposed to and we have enjoyed it. Needs a few design tweaks to improve.

We like it just fine. It does what it’s supposed to do and was a good price since the S.S. version was less expensive ($100.00!) than the all Black version! Go figure! We have used the milk former thingy yet, but like the ability to make a pot of coffee for guests and have them do a different , single pod coffee cup, if they like. It also allows you to use a reusable coffee pod mesh filter, instead, so as to reduce plastic consumption.

it's a big machine!

So far, the machine has been good to use! being the 4 in 1, i thought the 4th feature was a coffee grinder, but it is the wand for milk frothing. not a big deal. i didn't realize how large the machine is. it takes up a lot of counter space. the other issue we found was with the filter to the water tank for the single serve side of the machine - the kcups and the nespresso pods. we made coffee suing a kcup no problem. but when we tried to the nespresso function. the machine whirled as if it was working, and nothing. super stressed out, i went on youtube, and found that the filter actually covers the area of the water tank where the water flows out, and restricts the water flow. makes sense in theory, but in practice, this was engineered poorly. in removing the filter, we were up and running without issue. The drip coffee side has its own water tank and water filter. there was no issue using that side. i realy like how futuristic the controls are. there was a bit of a learning curve, but easy to learn and run. i found some kcups on clearance and have been enjoying my daily coffee with this machine for over a month now and it works perfectly every time.
