I love this beautiful machine! It looks amazing on my counter and the fact that it takes, not only K-cups but the Nespresso pods, is a dream come true! I also love the steamer attachment when I want a latte. Would highly recommend!

We are very happy with this purchase! It’s not much bigger than our previous coffee pot, and it does so much more! Only thing that would make it better, would be to have a thermos type pot/carafe.

Unit is Tall. Measure your cabinet height. We have 1/4 inch of space left! It was tight. Unit is heavy to slide. Wheels would help to move it in and out to make coffee. Nespresso pods… 2 of 10 used so far didn’t get “punctured” and didn’t brew

I am very happy with the 4 in 1 coffee pot- it makes delicious brewed coffee for me - fancy espresso drinks for my daughter and decaf pods for my husband -

This is the best coffee maker we've every owned. Not sure why others have a problem with it, it works perfectly. It is not silent when making a Keurig or a Nespresso pod, but I've never have seen any unit that is.

I love this coffee machine. Everything in a single system and it works! The brother is excellent,; best pod coffee we've had and the expresso is lovely. It is pretty tall but we've put it on a tray and easily move it.

Exactly what we are looking for and it comes in one compact, powerful machine - we use it more than twice a day. Love it! Small suggestion, perhaps angle the stram pipe a little bit further from the machine. Besides that, it's perfect!

We used to have an Nespresso machine and had to give it up when we hit the road in our RV, now we have a bigger RV...so this was the answer! Great Machine!! ....so many options and so convenient, we love it!!

I am on my second unit. The first one worked awesome for a couple months and then the K-cup function would not work. Now the second one. I can not get hot enough water for a cup of tea or hot chocolate.
