PLEASE - Why not a simple paper manual in the box?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it. I have never had a removable pancake cooking service before and it has been a dream. Burners are reliable and light every time. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that I had to ABSOLUTELY HUNT online to find a simple operating manual. I had TONS of paperwork (in several languages) on how to hook it up... but had to go online to find out HOW TO TURN IT ON. The phone app was not terribly user friendly, and I don't see the benefit.

Love, love this stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the new stove. Much more room inside the oven, more levels to put the food in. The burners are so nice at every level and I love cooking in and on it. The technology is too much for my 70 years, but I don't have to use all the features and I do look forward to trying convection and air fry. The time cook is Soooo convenient. If you are not yet using it I would say you should definitely try it.

Samsung nailed it—this range is a powerhouse!

The 6.3 cu. ft. oven is roomy enough for big family meals, and the No-Preheat Air Fry feature is a total win—crispy fries, wings, and veggies without the wait or extra oil. The convection setting delivers even baking every time, and the smart controls are great! I can preheat the oven from my phone while I'm still in traffic or check cooking progress from the couch. The cooktop heats fast and wipes clean easily, and the whole unit looks sleek and modern in my kitchen.

So far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good! Perfect size with plenty of room for whatever we need to cook. The controls are easy to use and the burners and oven both cook evenly. Cleanup is a breeze with stovetop glass cleaner.

Great stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great working product. Really nothing to complain about. Only thing I would add is the ability to preheat from my mobile device. Right now it only let's me set a predetermined temperature but I have to manually preheat.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range cooks beautifully. Baked goods come out perfectly. Roasted meats can be cooked either on regular bake or the airfry bake setting. It lets me know on my cellphone app that my oven is preheating, when it has finished preheating, when the cooking time is over, etc. It's attractive and is a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

Crappy features

This dumb range has an auto “on” feature which cannot be disabled. This thing drives me crazy, every single time you open the oven door when it is not on, it prompts it to start heating. It sits there taunting you. Also the cooktop timer is hidden in settings, nothing smart about this thing. Worst range we've ever had, they concentrate on AI way too much, just make a working oven that doesn't try to predict your next move. Make things simpler. We are literally going to return this and just go with another brand. It was a terrible decision to go with Samsung, the fridge sucks too. Returning a few Samsung appliances.

poor quality nothing but issues

have had ours for awhile and has been nothing but problems. all the knobs break on a regular basis. middle burner is almost none functioning, finish scratches extremely easy, samsung badging has fallen off and no read SUNG. oven temps are off by 25 degrees. only thing that i can say wokred well is the self cleaning feature and timer. we have a fridge, dishwasher and micro all other appliance have givin isues except the microwave. will not be a returning customer at this point

Love it

I like the different burner options and the ability to remove the center griddle. The oven fits my large cookie sheets and has a good amount of space. I like that it sends my phone notifications when the oven is ready and when the burners are turned on. I have been cooking a variety of different foods and everything has come out great. I am really happy with my purchase.

Good looking but dumb

I have had this range for nearly a year and I don't like most of what it has to offer. Like another reviewer, I have had issues with burners set to low deciding to overheat and burn whatever I was cooking. You need to constantly be there watching, which no one has any time to do. This obvious design issue is a safety hazard. I am on the verge of replacing this oven. I have 4 Samsung Bespoke appliances. I love the fridge and dishwasher. The stove and microwave/fan are useless.
