As a digital model, it's relatively easy to operate, has a number of cook settings that allow us to make great food no matter what it is, and we love the (gas) stovetop. My wife didn't think that the griddle was going to work for her because she's seen grating-replacenent griddles before and they had spotty heat. This one is pretty even and works really well. The oven portion will hold a whole turkey plus some extra room for sides if needed. Definitely plenty of space in there. We were disappointed that it didn't come with the air fry pans since it is air fry capable and that they are so expensive! So, we're getting air fry pans, but it's sure not going to be the ones offered by Samsung. There is a remote app for the unit, but it's of limited use. If you have little kids, you'll feel better because it can tell you when the stove or oven is turned on. If you forget to tuen off the oven frequently, you can do that from the app, too (not the stovetop, though). But overall, the app doesn't really do much. Set the over to ore-heat, the above things, and turn on the oven light (?) are basically what you can do. But as a stovetop & oven, we really like this one and haven't had any problems with it at all.

Purchased stove in 2018. The timer is obnoxious, a loud, awful song that luckily you can silence or either have a loud beep I think that hurts your ears, so we silenced them both and bought an external timer. This past year, the screen started flashing different stove settings- like "Broil" "Dehydrate" "Bake" with some dashes next to it, and it'd disappear after a minute or two. It would never turn on.... until last night. Last week a code came on "C-F2" and none of the buttons would work to make it turn on. Great. I did a deep clean, took off back part to expose circuit board and some of the components were slightly bent down, so I straightened them, and then took the ribbon wiring out of it's connection and re-connected it. It seemed to do the trick and I was able to use the oven in time to bake my mom's birthday cake. But the flashing intermittent randomness was back to normal. And then, last night- when the "Broil" came on by itself- the stove turned on, all on it's own! There was leftover cake from the first cake I had put in there so the cats wouldn't eat it- and it got burned. Luckily my daughter was home and on the phone with me and I had her switch the breaker to the off position! Need a new stove now. Seems like it's toast, and not in a good way. Loved the convection setting for baking, and the long burner in the middle for a griddle. Two pluses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is large enough for multiple casseroles for large family gatherings. The enclosed bottom element does a great job making cleanup easier. The different tone at the end of timed bake makes it easy to understand when cooking is finished compared to when heating to temperature as occurred. The smooth surface for control and setup buttons is easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range includes everything needed for cooking and baking. I am particularly drawn to the large fan for convection baking and air frying. Another advantage is the two oven cleaning modes: high-temperature self-cleaning and low-temperature steam cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great range. The oven is large enough for my baking needs, and preheats very quickly. The burners on the stovetop also heat very quickly, which significantly cuts down on prep time when making a meal. Cleanup of the stovetop surface is wonderful, since there are no burners to remove. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

I like the Air Fry option in the oven and the connectivity feature that shows when the oven or cooktop is turned on. I'm not sure why they don't also allow you to turn it off remotely — that would be a great feature if you were away from home and realized you left it on.

The built in air fryer is my favorite feature of this range. I also like the fact that I can use the app to check cooking time and preheat times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove works well. I like the five burners and I like that it has an app that I can connect my phone to. I also like the air fryer. You can air fry lots of french fries. I love the stainless steel. The oven is large too for our Thanksgiving turkeys!

Technology wise, 1 star. We've been using this range for a year now. Display panel is very sensitive. If the steam from what I'm cooking gets to the panel, it turns on either the oven, timer or the center warmer. This worries me because it will just turn on. If I don't hear the beeping sound or if I don't see that it did turn on the oven, timer or the warmer, it is dangerous and might cause fire. So, if I'm boiling something or cooking something that I know will produce a steam, I stay and watch which is very inconvenient.
