[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm happy with this stove, i enjoy the air fried option a lot and the keep warm burner is a nice option to have.

A stove itself Were range as it's called looks very very good it seems to function Extremely well. Of course the real test this time It's only been here three weeks. There are many features and we're still learning everything about it The BTU output is very welcome As it makes water boil more quickly and so far we haven't found Anything that's lacking

I like the very small top burner, a very good fit for smaller pots. Also like that I can remove the grill in the center and there is a grate under it for when we are using an extra large pan on one of the burners. The oven also is wonderful with the air fryer feature having a good effect on our chicken. Just plain a very good range.

Gets rid of all those extra appliances that take up counter and cabinet space. Power burners cook evenly and boil water quickly. Air fryer heats up quickly and cooks faster. Would recommend this product to anyone who loves to cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it. I have never had a removable pancake cooking service before and it has been a dream. Burners are reliable and light every time. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that I had to ABSOLUTELY HUNT online to find a simple operating manual. I had TONS of paperwork (in several languages) on how to hook it up... but had to go online to find out HOW TO TURN IT ON. The phone app was not terribly user friendly, and I don't see the benefit.

I like many of the features of the stovetop and oven but I find the control display confusing and many of the touch features are not very responsive. Sometimes it takes 4-5 tries for the start touch to actually engage. This is very frustrating.

This oven does not keep an accurate temperature. It says the set temperature on the control but raise it 5degrees and when it kicks in to start raising it 5 degrees it says it's actually way off by 50-75 degrees. Recently it has started to warm up so slowly it's unbelievable. I discovered the using the convection bake for pre heating helps get to the supposed temperature faster, then you switch it over to regular bake. One piece of the metal grate on the top stove part just fell off. I might've understood if it was on the side we use the most often, or if something had been dropped on it or bent it, but nothing. It just broke off. Super disappointed because we haven't ever purchased a new range this nice and now we got a POSamsung if you get my drift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Display screen started to cut out and get glitches/dissappear randomly for 10 min at a time. Oven is 3 months old and already breaking

DO NOT BUY. In less than 3 months the oven turns on by itself. Has done this repeatedly, I have 4 videos of this occurring. Technicians have been out twice. Both times they contacted Samsung support and sent them videos of the oven TURNING ON BY ITSELF. Samsung support has repeatedly closed the tickets with no action even after the technicians they sent on site told them this is still an issue. Samsung WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN. I am more than happy to provide video of this occurring. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG.

From day one had problems. The middle burner never stopped without a lighter, even after they sent someone to fix it. One of the knobs broke off after one year. The stove finally gave up after two years, even after I spent 500 dollars on the parts they said to replace. The extended warranty company won't fix my other appliance and wants me to spend $400 to have a technician come to my house, then might refund the cost. I used to buy only Samsung, but they have gone downhill. Look for another brand, and maybe when they focus on quality, I might go back.
