Would keep looking

Aesthetically speaking, I love this range and it fits perfectly into my kitchen. However it wasn't long into owning it we found the downfall with the touch pad for the oven. The buttons rarely work when needed and we end up having to triple clean the entire face in order to *perhaps* have the buttons work. It's frustrating and I would go out of my way to not recommend this oven purely due to this major flaw. The front double burner works to extremes along the lines of heating and is more problematic than helpful with temperature inconsistencies.

Disappointed

Something as simple as having a clock on the display that is always lit. At best it stays on for 15 minutes after setting time. Burner controls that are accurate and consistent. The same thing for the oven. Accurate and consistent temperature. These are the things I find missing. Having to have a law degree to understand Terms and Conditions before one can submit a simple review. Telling.

Short value

Burner is not working - heats to the hottest and does not follow the heat selection on burner control. Only 4 years old with minimal use. would not purchase again.

Great Features for a comparable price rang

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from an older stove. This thing has been fantastic. We use the air fry and bread proof functions often. The connectivity to turn on the oven when I'm making my way home is fantastic to get it pre-heated. It has seems to not let off as much heat into the kitchen as the previous stove, granted that was an older stove. I would purchase this product again if I had to. It has meet all needs and then some.

Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove. It has a great look and matches my other appliances. I like the different burner options and the ability to remove the center griddle. The oven fits my large cookie sheets and has a good amount of space. I like that it sends my phone notifications when the oven is ready and when the burners are turned on. I have been cooking a variety of different foods and everything has come out great. I am really happy with my purchase.

Great features and oven capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great range. The oven is large enough for my baking needs, and preheats very quickly. The burners on the stovetop also heat very quickly, which significantly cuts down on prep time when making a meal. Cleanup of the stovetop surface is wonderful, since there are no burners to remove. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

PLEASE - Why not a simple paper manual in the box?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love it. I have never had a removable pancake cooking service before and it has been a dream. Burners are reliable and light every time. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that I had to ABSOLUTELY HUNT online to find a simple operating manual. I had TONS of paperwork (in several languages) on how to hook it up... but had to go online to find out HOW TO TURN IT ON. The phone app was not terribly user friendly, and I don't see the benefit.

An "ok" stove

Purchased stove in 2018. The timer is obnoxious, a loud, awful song that luckily you can silence or either have a loud beep I think that hurts your ears, so we silenced them both and bought an external timer. This past year, the screen started flashing different stove settings- like "Broil" "Dehydrate" "Bake" with some dashes next to it, and it'd disappear after a minute or two. It would never turn on.... until last night. Last week a code came on "C-F2" and none of the buttons would work to make it turn on. Great. I did a deep clean, took off back part to expose circuit board and some of the components were slightly bent down, so I straightened them, and then took the ribbon wiring out of it's connection and re-connected it. It seemed to do the trick and I was able to use the oven in time to bake my mom's birthday cake. But the flashing intermittent randomness was back to normal. And then, last night- when the "Broil" came on by itself- the stove turned on, all on it's own! There was leftover cake from the first cake I had put in there so the cats wouldn't eat it- and it got burned. Luckily my daughter was home and on the phone with me and I had her switch the breaker to the off position! Need a new stove now. Seems like it's toast, and not in a good way. Loved the convection setting for baking, and the long burner in the middle for a griddle. Two pluses.

Dangerous produce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right front burner states working normal then goes to highest setting and stays there. While frying bacon my pan caught fire and almost started a fire. This happened after the first few times I used it.

Crappy features

This dumb range has an auto “on” feature which cannot be disabled. This thing drives me crazy, every single time you open the oven door when it is not on, it prompts it to start heating. It sits there taunting you. Also the cooktop timer is hidden in settings, nothing smart about this thing. Worst range we've ever had, they concentrate on AI way too much, just make a working oven that doesn't try to predict your next move. Make things simpler. We are literally going to return this and just go with another brand. It was a terrible decision to go with Samsung, the fridge sucks too. Returning a few Samsung appliances.
