[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this range. I love the fact that I can get rid of small appliances on the countertops. The built in air fryer is my favorite feature of this range. I also like the fact that I can use the app to check cooking time and preheat times.

Technology wise, 1 star. We've been using this range for a year now. Display panel is very sensitive. If the steam from what I'm cooking gets to the panel, it turns on either the oven, timer or the center warmer. This worries me because it will just turn on. If I don't hear the beeping sound or if I don't see that it did turn on the oven, timer or the warmer, it is dangerous and might cause fire. So, if I'm boiling something or cooking something that I know will produce a steam, I stay and watch which is very inconvenient.

Burners are reliable and light every time. MY ONLY COMPLAINT is that I had to ABSOLUTELY HUNT online to find a simple operating manual. I had TONS of paperwork (in several languages) on how to hook it up... but had to go online to find out HOW TO TURN IT ON. The phone app was not terribly user friendly, and I don't see the benefit.

Besides the exceptional cooking it offers, this feature alone gives me peace of mind. It looks and cooks beautifully. Cleaning is super easy too. So happy about this purchase and looking forward to enjoying it for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best stove I've ever had. I love how you can control it with the app. The design and overall features especially the cool down and warmer. The cooking time is wonderful and the rapid boil is everything.

This dumb range has an auto “on” feature which cannot be disabled. This thing drives me crazy, every single time you open the oven door when it is not on, it prompts it to start heating. It sits there taunting you. Also the cooktop timer is hidden in settings, nothing smart about this thing. Worst range we've ever had, they concentrate on AI way too much, just make a working oven that doesn't try to predict your next move. Make things simpler. We are literally going to return this and just go with another brand. It was a terrible decision to go with Samsung, the fridge sucks too. Returning a few Samsung appliances.

Its also a very visually appealing appliance that matched perfectly with my existing appliances. The cooking eyes are very spacious and leave a lot of different options for configuration of the pots and pans. The only thing I don't love is the time it takes the oven to preheat, but I do love the SmartThings connectivity.

I love the connectivity to my cell phone, letting me know when the oven has reached desired temperature, when a cooking cycle is complete, and other information in the form of text messages. The range itself sounds a multi-toned signal for this information as well. The range is attractive and sleek.

I have had this range for nearly a year and I don't like most of what it has to offer. Like another reviewer, I have had issues with burners set to low deciding to overheat and burn whatever I was cooking. You need to constantly be there watching, which no one has any time to do. This obvious design issue is a safety hazard. I am on the verge of replacing this oven. I have 4 Samsung Bespoke appliances. I love the fridge and dishwasher. The stove and microwave/fan are useless.
