[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this over a year. It works well for the most part but the air fry mode doesn't seem to cook well when I don't preheat for a few minutes. Conversely, the baking often seems too hot. The smart controls on all these units are not what I wanted and only useful in very specific scenarios. Otherwise, it looks great.

I bought this new in 2022. I have had to replace the knobs, and have replaced the ignighter twice. The ignighters have only lasted an average of 6 months. I like the convection and airfry options but it not worth having an oven that just stops working suddenly.

We had to replace out 11 year old unit and went with this from the reviews and recommendation from Consumer Reports. The oven heats up really quick. The stove has multiple burners that are adaptable to a variety of skillets and pans. Highly recommend this oven and range.

I read the reviews before buying this product and disregarded the issues concerning the control display. I should NOT have passed this off because it happened to me too. This product was delivered yesterday and I wanted to use it today (bake a cake). Instructions say to run the self clean first, locking the oven first. Locked the oven but the display didn't respond. Tried about 8 different ways. Then tried to download the app and IT DIDNT WORK EITHER. Now I'm stuck with an inoperable range, no way to access the ‘controls' and not being able to bake the cake for a special occasion that committed to. AVOID THIS RANGE. Choose another not manufactured by Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did buy it a month ago, it would never connect to the internet so the "smart things app" was useless, every thing else worked ok except the big right front burner, flame from the front of that burner came up over the top of our pots about 6" high while the back side was only about 1” high, it was too dangerous to cook with so we returned it to Lowes yesterday!

I bought this oven exactly one year and 3 weeks ago and it is already malfunctioning. It started to malfunction right after the warranty is up (1 year). It randomly started beeping even when not being used. You are cooking and it just shuts down and starts randomly beeping. You turn it back on, it shuts down again automatically. The stovetop works fine but the oven itself is not good. I am so disappointed. I had a repair person come replace the sensor and it malfunctioned again. We now believe it is the computer. This is not right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This over has been great so far. Lots of heat on the stove top and the oven itself is very hot. Cooks evenely. Not too crazy about the griddle. It must be removed for larher pans to properly fit on the burners.

we love our new samsung range, it's easy to clean, cooks like a dream, and the many oven choice setting are fantastic. one little complaint, i wish the led display color was not blue! i am constantly catching the reflection of it on the black stovetop and think one of the burners is on! i'm sure i'll get used to it and stop checking,and then miss that a burner is on.
