Smart Things App does not work
Oven works, but the feet do not have protection like our old one did & scratched the heck out of our floor. Supposedly a "smart" oven, but the Smart Things app does not work & and no one in "support" can help, transferred all over & then sitting in limbo over an hour with not response. Wish we had bought a Bosch, or any other brand. Do not buy if you want a smart oven.

Great Oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great oven and stove. Our old unit was 11 years old and the oven was spotty at best. We didn't know how bad it was until we got this one. The oven heats up quickly and the burners are great with their varying sizes.
Samsung Stainless Steel Stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is beautiful but the issue is there is no actual users manual to figure the setup of the clock especially since there is no clock button. Once you figure out that you need to connect to Wi-Fi, then the clock gets set. This stove should come with a manual for the setup be made easier.
Expensive Paperweight
This is one expensive paperweight. Only a couple years old and glass top is separating from top. Fan is making noises. Oven doesn't keep set temp. Display will do weird things when the oven gets steamy. i will never purchase another Samsung appliance. DO NOT PURCHASE.

My oven shouldn't try to play music
I bought a Samsung NX58R4311SG range years ago that I loved. It was accurate, the control panel was user friendly, it had all the modes I needed, and it just worked. So when I bought a new house and needed an oven, I automatically went to the current version of that oven which is this one. I used it for the first time today, and I don't care how great every other feature is, the absolute terrible sound notifications on this unit make it a 1-star unit. First, after the oven has reached its preheat temperature, it plays a stupid jingle *three* times. I thought that was bad. But then I tried the timer and it plays what another reviewer described as it "sounds like a 3rd grader playing a recorder in your face." The only option is to completely turn off sounds. It is all or nothing. With no sounds, you no longer get button press sounds or preheat alerts. My current solution is to turn off the sounds and use the SmartThings app when preheating. That will give me a notification on my phone and watch (haven't yet tested if it'll integrate with Google Home to have that give me a notification). And then I just can't use the timer on the oven. Luckily, I have multiple other timers in the kitchen. I will never buy another Samsung appliance without researching the notification sounds. I didn't buy the washer/dryer because of that. If Samsung can offer a firmware update that allows for choosing beeps over the horrid "music", I will change my rating.

Worked well until it didn’t
Purchased on 11/26/2023. The oven worked well up until this week 9/16/2025, when we began smelling gas when the oven was not in use. After inspecting with a gas detector probe I found that the oven broiler burner tube is constantly leaking a small amount of gas when neither the oven or the range is being used. Luckily it was caught before something very bad happened. I am quite disappointed as this didn’t even last two years of service and I have to way the cost and now safety risk factor of buying yet another stove so soon.
Exceptional oven at this price.

The top seems durable and scratch resistant. It heats up water in no time flat. The unit is a perfect size for the two of us as our kitchen is laid out in a weird way. My only complaint is that the bottom drawer under the oven is small.
Led Fail, What's next?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had ordered 3 appliances Over stove microwave/Hood,!Range and Dishwasher. Nice smooth clean install. All appliances were put through operation. All units are paired to SmartThings app and responding so far responding respectively. However one of the led bars on microwave has already failed after less than 3 weeks. Such a simple leaves me to wonder what may be next and why my rating is only a 3 when it could have been 4. Photo taken at 9:35 pm not 5:35pm see time on oven.

Deeply Regret Buying this Range
As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me. For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable. The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can’t hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive. Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it’s simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
