Incredible Product!

Nice features and well made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A well made range with a built-in griddle and helpful and easy to use features. The cast iron grates are durable and lift off easily to clean the top of the unit. The oven size is larger than most others in it's class and it's nice to have. The connectivity features and the app are helpful but I'm not sure how useful they really are. It's nice to have the air fry feature, but I'd note that we still love using our countertop air fryer because it heats up quicker and is perfect for smaller portions.

DO NOT BUY FIRE HAZARD

DO NOT BUY. In less than 3 months the oven turns on by itself. Has done this repeatedly, I have 4 videos of this occurring. Technicians have been out twice. Both times they contacted Samsung support and sent them videos of the oven TURNING ON BY ITSELF. Samsung support has repeatedly closed the tickets with no action even after the technicians they sent on site told them this is still an issue. Samsung WILL BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN. I am more than happy to provide video of this occurring. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG.

Great feature

Air fryer

Read manual

Absolutely Love This Range!

Several problems

Stove looks great but it's less than 3 years old and has several problems. Initially we found it hard to program the oven. We have to make several attempts to turn on or adjust the temp from 350. Now the large burner which we love will not adjust...it stays on high and will not turn down. Googled and found this to be a common problem. My husband is ready to ditch it and buy a different brand. He's the cook :)

Exceptional stove with great capacity

The dual feature of the gas stove and air fry capabilities is enhanced by the great capacity of 6.0 cu. ft.. The self cleaning feature is a plus to the gas range. Worked Well Until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, but the main "burner" is starting to have issues with regulating heat levels. Only has 2 settings, off or on at max temp. The other ones are still working well, but a bit disappointing as it has been less than a year since purchase.
