Quick and fast service. Only problem was the little plastic feet that support the chair were either broken or cracked. Contacted the manufacturer for replacement but have heard nothing yet.

I recently brought 2 of these for myself and my husband and we love them. I love how they recline also love the usb charging ports and the storage compartments in the arm rests

Was not totally happy with the chair. Recline button is awkward and hard to reach. Does not recline enough for me. I wish I would have been able to try this out first.

Purchased as a game chair for my 16 yo because we haven't had luck with the other game chairs. So far he loves. He put it together by himself. Looks good in his room. Very fast shipping.

It arrived early with great instructions on assembly. It operates exactly as advertised and more comfortable than any chair I have ever owned. I wish I had bought two.

If the backs of the chairs were adjustable they would be completely awesome. Visions are very comfortable. I couldn’t find a deal anywhere close to the price of these. Great deal!

We bought two of these because of the price and because we were able to try out a SIMILAR one in the Sam’s club near us. These are not sold in store and can only be shipped to your home. Each recliner in the box weighs 123#. I am surprised they weren’t damaged in shipping. I didn’t feel they were boxed with enough padding and the boxes had holes all in them when they arrived, but they were in good shape. Overall, they are okay and because they were on sale for a decent price, I think we can live with them for a while if they hold up. Now, set up was fairly easy. The outlets in the arm rest had no power in either recliner. I called customer service and was told about an additional plug inside the zippered dust cover underneath the chair. The instructions say there is ONE cord and I found it inside the armrest that contained the table, but you have TWO power cords for each recliner that are needed to get everything to work. Kind of messy with all the cords. I am pleased with the speed it reclines and the smoothness. I do like the support and the firmness. It’s not soft and plush at all. Lumbar area seems to be well supported. Arm rests seem too high. Head area is way too far back. I have to have a pillow to support my head. This is really my only gripe. Love the table and cup holders and storage compartments! I am 5’9” and my husband is about 6’1” and they seem so for length.
