This is a very nice chair. It is not leather but it sure feels like it. It was taking a chance never sitting in it because some chairs feel good others don’t. This one does. Ours actually came with a few scratches on the table from shipping. Krissy in customer service only asked for a pic and then sent a new one out right away. Good customer service.

I was pleased to purchase this nice-looking black living room recliner with cup holders and storage places under the arm rests. It wasn't difficult to set it up. I am unable to lift things, but once the delivery man brought the huge heavy box inside. I used the cut box sides to slide the chair out and acrross the room. As soon as it was plugged in it worked great! It looks good and reclines easily to a full relaxing position.

OMGOODNESS these chairs are super comfy and priced very well!! We would highly recommend to everyone!! We ordered 2 in the “Red” which we would classify as a brick red or burgundy color. Works so well in our space. Bonus the chairs are electric, push buttons to lift and lower, extra plugs in the armrest for your phone/tablet + 1 on the inner side of the chair. The chairs are very sturdy, well put together and the color is very -very nice! I purchased 2 Travis Recliners back on 9/17/22, they were delivered on 2 separate days, 2 days apart. The first came, I unpacked and assembled a couple things and it is perfect, comfortable, exactly as advertised. The second came, I unpacked same as the frost, I noticed both front feet were broken/sheared off. The information packet that came with the chair, asked not to contact the seller, I was to contact them directly with any issues. I called them immediately, spoke to a representative, she was very helpful, she sent me an email asking for pictures of chair parts, packaging, label’s ect. I responded to that email immediately, a month went by with no contact, no further update what so ever, finally today November 5th, I received 2 replacement feet, the 2 new feet were a lot more structural then the ones that came on the chair. Besides my chair not being able to be used and sitting in a corner all disassembled for over a month I did receive my 2 new feet. Maybe if they would have just kept me updated, the feet could have been out of stock, no readily available, shipping from another country. Any update would have been nice.

Not a good purchase. Was going to buy 3 of these chairs, as they were on sale. First thing found was the charging plugs & electrical plug inside the armrest DID NOT WORK. The table is a little cheesy & the outside plug on the seat side of the right armrest gets in the way while sitting (since the other 2 plugs did not work it was the only one available). Disappointed.

Purchased this because of the features like the side table and usb outlets and the great reviews. This chair is as hard as brick. And the back is slanted a considerable amount even though the picture appears like the head area is out some mine was flat. Sat in this for a short time and returned it immediately. It looked nice but being comfortable is important. I had to use a pillow behind my head.

While a sturdy chair, this has design flaws. Back of chair leans back too far when in the upright position. Need a pillow for your head. Seat is higher than standard chair-my feet barely touch the ground and I’m not short. Arm cubbies are very awkward to get in and out of.

Received my Abbyson recliner April 19th and it does not work. Been in contact with their contact and supplied all their request of pictures and explanation of the problem. They assured me they had all they need and their Tech People would contact me is 3 to 5 working days. Today is the 6th day with no contact. Because I’m in my 80’s I needed help with all the computer requests. What I was hoping to be a joyful experience is turning into a nightmare. Was considering a matching recliner if I was happy with this chair.

We like the chairs, but they arrived without the power cord that goes from the receptacle on the chair to a 115volt house outlet. I contacted the Abbyson company and they said that they wanted photos of where parts were stored in the chair. I emailed them back and gave them the manufactures info on the bottom of the chair. I haven't received a reply. I also told them that I couldn't overlook the same cord on BOTH chairs.

We ordered this online and it had great reviews. I will admit it was easy to put together and very attractive/comfy. However, we quickly discovered the 2 USB ports and power outlet in the arm of the chair do not work. I reached out to Sam’s first who offered us a 10% discount but what I really want is a working chair. I’ve been trying to reach the manufacturer for 2 weeks now with no luck. I received a response email within a day that asked for more info and have not heard back since, despite emailing and leaving voicemails. I appreciate the offer from Sam’s club but I really just want what I paid for. I guess our only option now is to load this thing up and take it back to our local store. Pretty much bummed as this was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift.
