we got three individual recliners. They were delivered in a big box. Packaging was good. Easy installation. For the price, the recliners looks very good and the recline function is smooth. Only thing i recommend is to add LED lighting around the cup holder.... which will make it look even more better.

I purchased 2 Travis Recliners back on 9/17/22, they were delivered on 2 separate days, 2 days apart. The first came, I unpacked and assembled a couple things and it is perfect, comfortable, exactly as advertised. The second came, I unpacked same as the frost, I noticed both front feet were broken/sheared off. The information packet that came with the chair, asked not to contact the seller, I was to contact them directly with any issues. I called them immediately, spoke to a representative, she was very helpful, she sent me an email asking for pictures of chair parts, packaging, label’s ect. I responded to that email immediately, a month went by with no contact, no further update what so ever, finally today November 5th, I received 2 replacement feet, the 2 new feet were a lot more structural then the ones that came on the chair. Besides my chair not being able to be used and sitting in a corner all disassembled for over a month I did receive my 2 new feet. Maybe if they would have just kept me updated, the feet could have been out of stock, no readily available, shipping from another country. Any update would have been nice.

I ordered three of these chairs and two of them are fine. However, the third chair is missing the power cord. I called customer service (Abbyson, who is the manufacturer), and they sent a form asking for pictures and a description of the problem, which I answered on the 9th of January. The form indicated that it would take 5 - 7 days to resolve. Today is day 20 and I still haven't received a reply. I called again and my call when to voice mail. I have two good chairs and one that is of no use until I get the power cord.

Love the chair. Nice size, looks good and just what I wanted in terms of arm storage compartments and cup holders along with the perfect swing arm table for my tablet. However, I have some problems with the electrical element. The usb plug that works on the right arm rest gets really warm and I feel compelled to make sure that it’s disconnected before I go to bed. And any of the electric & usb plugs, inside the right arm rest don’t work at all!

This chair is really slinky and firm but feels better when you recline. The cup holders great! Love the button to recline rather than a handle.

The product looks nice and good quality! It seems comfortable and a durable material! It would be a great addition to any living area!

Comfy like the extras. Easy to put together. Ordered it Saturday nite and it was at my front door Wednesday morning. Wow! No extra fees paid for delivery as it was free. Quiet. Usb port in left box and 1 lites up by your left leg.

This chair stopped reclining after about five times. Terrible service from the manufacturer Abbyson. No call back and no response to the submission of the invoice.

Wish there was room for another. Soft leather. Sits so comfortable. Cup holders. USB. Pull out tray. Great chair. Easy to put on the back with the slides.

Great chair for the value. Solid fucntion and trim. Got a smalll aftermarket headrest to add on but thats it. Comfortable and works well. Shipping was shockingly fast and they brought right into the house for me.
