[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago to replace conventional washer and (old)dryer and am so glad I did. Easy to use and I believe I will be saving $ on electric bill, old dryer needed 2 cycles to dry anything and controls are easy to use.

So quiet! It does a great job washing and drying. It’s very sensitive with the vent error. We’ve had it professionally installed, and had out ducts professionally cleaned, clean the filter with each wash but had consistently gotten a vent or from the very first load we’ve dried.

I was so excited to get my new LG Wash Tower installed and begin using. What a disappointment! It’s absolutely the loudest washer I’ve ever used. Additionally, the spin cycle vibrates so bad that the unit moves from the wall and disconnects the dryer exhaust and jars the dryer door open. Is there anything we can do to stabilize the unit during the spin cycle? The unit fits perfectly in the space with a few inches on either side and sits on a tile floor.

After a recent visit to my local home improvement center, I knew I wanted stackable/front loading machines for my small walk-in laundry room in an effort to maximize floor space to allow for additional storage options. Being vertically challenged, I found it difficult to reach the controls for the top unit without a step stool and was very excited to find the Washtower solved my space and accessibility concerns without sacrificing capacity. Cycle customization and monitoring for both washer and dryer is easy with the use of the LG ThinQ app. Can’t recommended this product enough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Full size washer and dryer stacked to save space. I found other stackables to be smaller - this is full size which is awesome! It also gets clothes super clean. Stains that had been set in for months came out the first time I washed them in this. Our water bill also decreased and we've been watering flowers more in the summer heat, so I can only assume this is a big part of it! So far, I'm thrilled! The only things that drives me crazy is having to wipe the rubber around the washer drawer to remove excess moisture and that I can't figure out how to download the waterproof cycle to wash mattress pads and bath mats with rubber backing - the app leaves A LOT to be desired.

I had to get the computer panel replaced due to soap getting into the panel. I believe this is a design flaw since we pull the drawer our to put soap in it, then close the drawer. How does soap get into the control panel? I had to pay to replace it, the tech will have to come out for a third time because he couldn't get the right part. Pretty frustrated since this is a 2 year old machine.

Product is good but not compatible with new builds. The new electric breakers and GFCI outlets prevent the machine from operating correctly when it uses hot water. It flips the breaker every time. This leaves the homeowner having to replace a safe GFCI outlet with a non-GFCI outlet or illegally modify the breaker box to operate the washer. I really like the u it but it has been an expensive issue to track down and resolve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my 14 year old stackable washer and dryer. I have a limited space in my small house. I went looking for a new stackable set and was very surprised I couldn’t reach the controls on the dryer. I am about 5’2” tall and these new stackable washers and dryers were too tall, to my surprise. I had seen a commercial on TV for the LG Washtower. I knew the controls for both washer and dryer were in the middle, at just the right height. I am still learning all the features, but really love my new Washtower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it and hate it. The combined tower is a nice space saver in an apartment, previous units barely fit when stacked. Washes clothes as expected, rinses better than my previous washer, app is okay but my partner hates it…because a lot of the presets require the app (some delicate or handwash option), but you are still required to interact on the actual washer and dryer (so clothes in washer, pull out phone, select downloaded on washer, start on washer). I believe you can enable starting the washer/dryer on the app but then you completely disable the ability to start on the washer, it’s crazy they can’t give you the option. The 2 biggest issues are the rinse and spin, and the inability to just add more time to the dryer. If you need to rinse and spin, you have to use the app, and you can’t select the temperature. It won’t do cold rinses, only medium/cool and there are no guides or documentation discussing water temperature for the unit. Cold is required for a lot of clothes. Also, never had a dryer where you can’t add more or less time, not a big deal but there are just so many basics missing, and the app falls short on providing them properly.
