Excellent and Flexible Washer and Dryer
This is a very good unit with plenty of options for the different types of laundry that anyone might want to do. As with any major appliance, it is essential to ensure that there is enough space for it, especially as combination units like this are often used in places with limited space, such as apartments, and need sufficient clearance, especially in the depth (to accommodate the vent hose for the dryer). These are large units, excellent for washing large loads and larger items, but of course take up more space than smaller washers. This unit also requires both a 220 and a 110 electric line, unlike the smaller units. This is something to remember when upgrading from a smaller unit. The washer and dryers are quite quiet, and easy to operate from the panel on the front. It is not particularly easy to set up the app so it can be used with wifi, but I did manage to that. Although there are pre-programmed cycles, many options (like temperature and spin) can be set to customize the cycles as the owner prefers.

My first front load machines.
Remember that the rubber around the washer drum is prone to mold, as on all front loading washers, and you need to leave the door open between washes. Also, at year 4, after warranty expiration, the washer repeatedly tripped the circuit breaker, luckily after leaving it unplugged overnight it resumed correct functioning. I thought it was going to be a drum motor failure as I’ve read about this for this model online. I’m not sure I’d buy another front load washer. I also bought some tablets to clean inside of washer periodiclt as I have a pet. Seems to help fight build-up inside washer. Cleaning, capacity washing and drying has been great. Decent noise level.

Not for bulky items
I feel like I made a big mistake. You can't wash anything bulk in the machine because it gets too heavy. I now have to haul my throw rugs and blankets to a laundromat to wash. The cycles do not allow for adjustment of some settings and there aren't enough cycles. It's also not as quiet as it was promised to be. over all I'm very disappointed.

U5 sensor issues
Washer Sensor issue - have not had it for a year. Error message is U5. Machine stops and clothes are soaked. What do we do? The clothing is distributed evenly and machine is balanced. Very frustrating. Also is there a rinse only mode? When this would happen with old unit - we would put on rinse only and issue went away. Help!!!!! Our old LG unit lasted 16 years!

Worst washing machine I've ever had
The product sucked and I wouldn't recommend anybody buying it as our washing machine started sinking like rotten. You know what shortly after using it and even with cleaning the filter pump and everything it still stinks.

Bad Product - Beware! It breaks down quickly!
I purchased my LG two years ago and am now having to replace both the sensor and the suspension on the Washer. It certainly gets lots of loads, but I would have hoped it could last more than 2 years before I pay for repairs.
