[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new wash tower for almost a month. So far, I am very pleased with it. Our laundry room is small and on the second level with our bedrooms. Runs pretty quietly and is very stable. We chose the white as I thought it would remain the cleanest and without scratches. I did not have wi-if hooked up to run it off of my phone.

If it were only easier to understand what this machine can do, I would give it a 5 star. I love this tower washer and dryer. I like that fact that I can download cycles that are not available on the machine to select. However, if I were a bit older and had limited technology know-how this equipment would be very hard to use and would be spending way too much electricity and "over-washing" my laundry (too long of a cycle as I could not pick something shorter from the control panel on the washer). However, since I understand technology and the LG app on my phone is easy to navigate, I would recommend this to anyone that is not a technophobe. Can't really value rate it, as I am still trying to understand all its potential.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took delivery of this wash tower on September 7, 2022. Delivery and install seemed fine but later (5 days) discovered vent was not proper and it steamed the whole laundry room. We obtained a duct service to come out at our expense and correct issue. Other than this little set back we are overjoyed with the machine's performance. I love the musical chime when the machine has completed it cycle. Much better than the old buzzer of our retired but faithful Neptune of 22 years. I also enjoy the fact that the lighted area of the washer goes off after removal of the clothes. This allows us to leave the door open to lessening molding in the washer without burning the bulb out. The sleek lines of the tower is very appealing. Our laundry is also the main bathroom to our home. It is of showroom quality and first comments of our guests. I look forward to many years of service for the unit.

Disappointed, doesn't have a soak cycle, only a prewash cycle. Requires you draining excess water from a 6" hose from the bottom of the machine. You have to dry the rubber gasket around the washing machine opening. The rubber is very stiff. Certainly overpriced.

They really do a great job and in half the time as my old appliances! The tower is a great space saver too.I would definitely recommend these appliances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So two months ago I replaced another brand of washer and dryer with this LG combined unit. The reviews were excellent But I was a little nervous. However, the unit is incredible. Clothes are remarkably clean and using the app, you have an incredible amount of possible cycles to pick from. I would definitely do this purchase again tomorrow.

I bought these at the beginning of the year and I am happy I did. Both washer and dryer are big enough for bedding and big loads. Furthermore, the tower is small enough to fit in a small laundry closet. I moved to a condo so I do not have a lot of space. So far I used them frequently and I've had no problems or complaints.

It is heavy to move being one unit. very easy installment, very quite, looks amazing. FYI don't forget to take the shipping Bolts out of the back! Husband did not read the instructions lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first load I ran through the dryer came up with an error code of d80. This fantastic machine knew that my dryer vent was 80% clogged. I called a chimney sweep out to clean my ductwork and he said it was really bad and could have started a fire. Thank you LG!
