[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace an old unit in our townhouse. There is no comparison to the old unit. The LG has twice the capacity especially in the dryer and both units perform great and are much quieter than the old unit.

I had to use extensions, although they don't recommend it. I had no choice, but it worked out ok. Item is not returnable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for a second floor laundry closet we built into our master bathroom. This was the perfect choice of capacity and features we needed. My wife and I are pleasantly surprised how quiet both washer and dryer are while running next to the master bedroom wall. I like the push notifications sent to my cell phone when either washer or dryer cycle is complete. The LG wash tower is a much better appliance than the typical stacked appliance you see in small apartments or motor homes.

This replace our old w/d and now I am in heaven doing laundry. I like that I can monitor the wash and dry cycles on my phone. This is the best upgrade of any appliances I have ever purchased. This stack is also a huge space saver in our mudroom . Highly recommend.

We had them for 20 years and we only replaced them because we wanted a stackable unit. The LG tower is not only beautiful, It is super quiet, easy to operate and little to no vibration even with a large load.

I ve had one brand new washer and dryer set in over 40 years of homeownership so this was big purchase fir me. It s a cool machine!

I bought this wash tower about a month ago. The washer is so big. It can fit roughly two small loads in one. It also has a sanitizing setting, which basically steams your clothes while it washes. Definitely helps during these covid/sicky months. Both the washer and dryer have a lot of options as well. It’s also pretty compact for a stacked machine. It’s doesn’t require the stack kit which is awesome.

The respective digital read-outs on both the washer and dryer are user friendly and easy to use. I notice that when the washer is intaking water it's a little loud and the dispenser for adding detergent and fabric softener leak a little when pulled out but not everytime. Other than that, the units are operating as expected and look great.

We had a space constraint and decided to purchase this wash tower, it is the most wonderful and versatile gadget we ever owned… we use it literally every single day, it operates like a Cadillac… sleek and reliable, quality, quiet, washes and dries like commercial equipment does, and it’s right here in our own home :-) it’s been life changing…
