I bought this unit with high expectations knowing it had Bluetooth capabilities. I can’t get the Bluetooth to connect and support hasn’t been helpful at all. I was connected for about 15 minutes and then dropped and it hasn’t responded again since. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve had my wash tower about 6 weeks and it is terrific. It’s quiet, washes and dries perfectly and looks great. I have a very small utility room, so the wash tower is a perfect space solution. I am diligent about drying all the crevices in the rubber gasket of the washer in an attempt to avoid any mold/mildew.

Have used my new washtower for a month now, love it more with each use! It is a beautiful appliance and performs superbly. Very little noise. My last set sounded like a B52 taking off. This set is so quiet, and does such a good job. Absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tower washer/dryer a month ago and I am so happy that I did. It is the most efficient washer/dryer I have ever used. The clothes one out of the washer much dryer than my previous front load washer. As a result, they dry in less time. This unit is not only efficient but sleek, takes up less space and best of all, the controls are at eye level. It is helpful to have the dryer at eye level because I am able to remove the clothes more easily and less apt to drop them on the floor because I am not bending over to remove them.

This is my second LG washer/dryer. Soon after we purchase the first set, we moved and the buyers wanted it in the deal. Then we moved from Maine to Florida and moved 5 times. None of the homes had LG. Finally, we moved here to Moore Haven with a really bad, mismatched set. Finally the dryer died, best day ever. I insisted we replace it with my beloved LG set. Life is Good Again...

My LG washer dryer not only looks beautiful (I removed the doors to my laundry area so you can see them all the time) and does a fantastic job cleaning my clothes, but it plays music instead of an obnoxious buzzer making doing laundry a lot more FUN!

Got this so I didn't have to go down to the basement because of health issues and have not regretted it! It's an awesome size AND because I am short, I really, really like that the controls are in the middle and so easy to access. All the other stackable units I looked at were too high up for me to reach the dryer controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking forward to communicating via my iPhone with my Tower but nobody has the time or knowledge to assist me with setting mine up. I’ve gone through all the support people and followed through with all the instructions to no avail. I could have purchased a less expensive unit had I known there was going to be a problem with this one that seems to be common amongst other customers that purchased this unit. So very disappointed ☹️

The LG Washtower is a true one unit piece. It is space saving but allows for full loads of clothing, blankets, towels and even rugs. I am so very impressed.
